Before starting this post , I would like to mention that I am not member of BJP or any right wing party . Neither I am member of communist or any other political parties. I am not against sonia gandhi either. She is elected member of parliament who has revived congress and under her leadership , congress had come to power for two consecutive terms which is worth appreciating.

The post here is about working system of congress. Congress as we all know does believe in chosen ones type of system . Those born in gandhi family are chosen ones by default to provide leadership of congress. Now rahul gandhi works hard , travels to places and is sincerely trying to earn his post and not just be mere chosen one which is appreciable. But even if rahul sits in his home , sooner or later he would be chosen to become prime minister of India.

Women’s Reservation Bill is creating major scenes in rajya sabha (upper house) since yesterday. Those opposing the bill have right to oppose the bill but their mannerism makes ordinary citizen wonder about their right to be in rajyasabha itself!!!!!!!!!!

So bill was brought with debate in upper house. Debate was started by arun jaitley of BJP who reiterated support for the bill and then congress spokes person natrajan spoke. This is what she had to say : “I want to thank Sonia Gandhi and the Prime Minister and the entire UPA for bringing this historic legislation to vote. No party could do this for 60 years. The Congress President and the Prime Minister have fulfilled their promise,”

Now there is nothing wrong to thank ones own leader. But problem arises when something goes wrong. If one person or two persons are to be given credit for anything which seems right and historic , the same person/persons must be blamed for anything which goes wrong. Isn’t it?

Now no party could do this for 60 years too is wrong statement because out of 60 years , more than 80 percent times congress ruled the country and so what ever is position of women in India or minorities in India or other issues , chief responsibility falls on congress itself.

If congress succeeds in up , credit is given to rahul gandhi and sonia gandhi , in same way when congress fails in gujarat , mp , they should be blamed.

These devotion to one family hinders self evaluation and growth in congress itself. If natrajan wants to thank sonia gandhi , she should thank her for everything including the problems of the country!!!!!!!!!!!
