Purpose : Fighting terrorism by bringing together members to identify urgent needs and devise solutions to tackle the menace.

First of all I would like to congratulate USA president Barack Obama for the initiative and all 30 countries which became part of it. Terrorism is global problem and its killing innocent lives on almost daily basis in some or other part of globe.

Whether it is Israel or Pakistan , whether it is afghanistan or london , whether it was usa in 9/11 or Iraq , terrorism has caused immense loss of life , innocent lives . Lives which wanted to love , wanted to go through full journey of life , want to live. Lives which had nothing to do with politics of world, who had nothing to do with jihadis or crude oil wars. But they were killed.

Terrorism is not issue of single nation. Terrorism was started long before and nurtured by various nation and used as state policy by few nations. Pakistan has used terrorism with reasonably success . Even USA used pakistan’s ISI and saudi’s money to create jihadis to take on USSR.

China which itself is living under threat of Jihadis in one of its region had vetoed against Jammat Ud Dawa till nov 2008′s mumbai terror attack. India too had misadventure of supporting LTTE initially and lesson which we learnt by death of Rajiv Gandhi.

Global war against terrorism can succeed only if nations understand that terrorism is common enemy and nation should adhere to “ZERO TOLERANCE AGAINST TERRORISM” in letter and spirit.

There are some genuine grievance among nations , there are border disputes among nations, they are ambitions among nations and above all there are ideological difference among nations .

As humans have evolved from jungle days to present state , we have seen end less human life loss. Prospering civilizations and destroying of civilizations. Rise and fall of empires . Rise and fall of countries.

Now seeing all these atleast now we are in position to understand that human beings have had to FACE THE TRUTH. TRUTH that no matter how much we hate to agree , there has never been one ideology for whole human race. There has never been singular religion in the world and there has never been singular thought which made humans what they are today.

Terrorism is threat to plurality which forms basic of being human. Terrorism is threat to civilization and every nation has to stand together to fight this and this can be bought only if genuine fear , grievances  are answered and human race is directed towards better future which can let humans achieve what it is really capable of.

Global Counter Terrorism Forum in welcomed step but would that be enough?. There are various means to counter terror . Security being one , engagement being another , economically , education , health, livelihood , religious tolerance are some of important things which needs to be catered in the forum. Isn’t it?

Pakistan's Ad In Washington Post On Anniversary Of 9/11

On tenth anniversary of 9/11 , when world joined with usa to mourn death of 3000 plus innocent people who became victim of radical Islam and ideology of bin laden , pakistan posted an ad on washington post with picture of benazir bhutto along with statistics of people who have unfortunately died in pakistan , number of bomb blast and number of soldiers fighting terrorism.

The numbers are huge. Since last ten years 21,672 people have died in terror attacks. Total 3486 bomb blast have taken place till now and around 283 major terror strikes have occured in pakistan.

Ad has truth in it . Pakistan has indeed been victim of terrorism since last ten years and pakistanis have payed heavy price with their lives , with their place , with their careers . They have lost their near and dear ones and bombs explode in pakistan on regular basis.

Extremism has started taking lives of people like benazir butto , punjab governor salman taseer , minority minister Shahbaz Bhatti was assassinated . Violence has become way of life in pakistan these days and peace loving people are living in threat .

But ad has partial truth in it , the whole truth is that pakistan is paying price of ISI-Terrorist network which was established to remove kafir russians from their back yard and once kafi russian ran away , ISI-TERRORIST network made taliban as government in Afghanistan and used terror networks to kill innocents in India.

The Qur’an reports the Taurat to be one of the three previous Revelations of Allah and it is written in taurat that “whoever digs an evil hole for his brother, will end up falling into it himself.” Genetically Indians and Pakistanis are brothers and it doesnot matter how much Indians hate to admit that or Pakistanis hate to admit that!!!!!.

Terrorism is evil hole and since president of Pakistan zia ul haq made extremism invade pakistani culture and allowed ISI to use terrorism as state policy , evil hole was digged at that time and now evil hole is killing innocent pakistanis who had nothing to do with how their government operated.

We in India have wrong impression about Pakistanis. They are intelligent and highly talented people who can excel but zia and his followers have made pakistan as epi center of terrorism and in due turn it is now also victim of terrorism. I do emphatize with aam aadmis of pakistan because it is not their fault but they are paying the price of what zia , ISI did in name of protecting the country.

India too have payed price of flirting with terrorist when it had initially supported LTTE . They killed Rajiv Gandhi and we did learnt the lesson. Terrorism is cancer and like cancer it kills the parent body first. It doesnot understand who created them , they kill their creator first.

Pakistan’s ad might be attempt to make Americans understand their part of story but at same time Pakistanis must come on street and make their army/ISI answerable to them. Their army doesnot own them , they own the army . They must take charge of their beloved country and make sure that extremism , terrorism dies for once and all , so that no innocent pakistani gets killed due to terrorism and no government needs to publish advertisement in foreign country to naratte their side of story.

It is true that Pakistan is paying price today but it is also true that they are paying price for what their previous generation did in name of protecting their country or in name of ISLAM. I hope that in future proud Pakistani would stand and take charge and kill cancer called terrorism and extremism .Aameen..

I still remember 11/9/2001(9/11,sept 11). I had just come from my job and as soon as I entered my home , my dad told me about terror attack which had taken place in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

It was some thing which was difficult to be believed and as my dad asked me ‘who might have done that’ and my immediate reactions was ‘jisne bhi kiya hoga , woh to gaya’ (who so ever did this , would be finished).

I was glued to television when bush gave the speech . I could feel the world got divided that day as ‘with us and against us’ became the statement. War On Terror got coined soon and we saw usa attacking Afghanistan.

9/11 did brought words like jihad , words like fanatic muslim , radical islam into discussion conversation all across the globe. Bin Laden Became face of terror and taliban the epicenter of worst of human beings.

India did get boost in its own fight of terror since west from being indifferent could see what India had been going through since 1980s. In our neighboring country we saw u-turn done by pervez musharraf from being taliban supporting regime to going after them. To be fair with pervez , he had no other option and any president would have done the same. USA would have walked over pakistan in their quest to get bin laden.

After two days it is going to be ten years of that unfortunate day . The day when innocent lives got lost, the day when only super power looked vulnerable , the day when ugly side of human race could be seen , the day when great religion was misused by fanatics.

Today the face of terrorism is dead. He was killed few months back by brave american man . They entered pakistan and shot the man . It was close to closure but war is still on.

As I look back are we as human race safer than what we were ten years back?. Answer is NO. we still have bin laden inspired entities threatening the world and we have counter bin laden inspired radical threatening muslims.

Sad and worst part of story is that bin laden has died physically but ideologically bin laden can not die. There are people who adore him and would keep following him. There would be people who would come years down the line and adopt/own his ideology.

If we look at pakistan , there have been victims of terrorism as well as being epicenter of it. They have paid price by their lives. Price for act done by zia , taliban , al queda and other radical groups. Price which is too huge , too big and price which we wish no human beings should pay but they are paying .Every second day they have blast and ten/twenties/100s get killed. It is worst form of fanaticism of religion. Muslims are killing Muslims in Pakistan…

Talking about India , yes we have been able to have unprecedented support from world in understanding our pains but our war still is our war and yesterday’s attack shows how vulnerable we still are to terrorism. Yesterday’s attack was claimed by two muslim fanatic groups and in attack out of 12 who got killed 3 were muslims.

Till we have ‘my way only way’  thought among human beings , we would keep seeing innocent people getting killed. 9/11 , 7/7,26/11 are some of its examples.

If we want to avoid more 9/11s and its impact what we need is better understanding between different faiths , different countries and moving above religion , caste, creed , nationality and treating entire human race as one. We need to own up entire human race and cultivate seeds of justice , empowerment , love , affections.

Ten years is long long time but for some people time may have got frozen at 9/11. Those who lost their near and dear ones , my heart goes for them. I just wish that 9/11 becomes not only painful memory but also a day where we can introspect and think about how to take human race forward to what it can become. World had changed on 9/11 but change should felicitate betterment of entire human race.

In delhi blast which occured at 10:15 am today , 10 people have got killed till now and 65 have got injured. National Investigation Agency’s chief Mr SC Sinha claims that HUJI (Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami) is behind the blast and harkatuljihadi2011@gmail id was used by huji to email to few of media offices claiming responsibility of the blast. The email has threatened more attacks of courts all across India unless death sentence (hanged till death) of afzal guru is revoked.

Before we go further let us first see who is afzal guru and what is huji.

Afzal Guru :

Mohammad Afzal a.k.a. Afzal Guru is chief conspirator of terror attack on Indian Parliament who have been given death sentence by supreme court of India .

7 brave security personnel had lost their lives protecting our parliament. It also included one female constable . 5 attackers too had lost their lives .

Afzal’s phone number was found in one of attacker’s mobile.The attackers were in touch with Afzal in srinagar by phone prior to the attack.

Afzal applied for mercy to president of India.

Why Afzal Is Still Alive?

The only reason afzal is still alive is because of politics. Many political parties like mufti’s pdp , communist have voiced their support of clemency for Afzal.

Congress cities technicalities in delay of hanging but finally after it became public that president of India is yet to receive petition from home ministry , home ministry forwarded the petition with recommedation of rejecting the mercy plea.

Afzal has been political scoring point for BJP ,Shiv Sena and they have used afzal in their ad campaigns. Congress on other hand have used kandhar hijacking and release of azhar masood as counter campaign!!!!!!

But in this campaign and counter campaign justice still remains to be done for 7 brave security personnel who lost their lives protecting our representative and highest symbol of our democracy.

Harkat-ul-Jihad al-Islami (HUJI) :

HUJI is islamic terrorist group which has its base both in pakistan and bangladesh . It has been banned in bangladesh since 1995.Ilyas Kashmiri is operational commander of HUJI. He was claimed to have got killed by drone attack but his family believes he is still alive.

HUJI is dangerous organization which has links with al queda and taliban. It is believed that bangladesh unit of HUJI was started with guidance of osama bin laden. HUJI believes in taliban’s version of Islam and after soviet ran away from Afghanistan huji focused on kashmir in India.Till now HUJI has been involved in many terror attacks in India.

Does Huji Wants Afzal Guru To Be Hanged?????

Well if we go by today’s attack and email , it seems so. Afzal guru is all ready a very sensitive topic in India.In one of polls 67 percent people wanted afzal to be hanged. Afzal guru’s hanging is also a political issue and congress often gets defensive when ever afzal guru case is mentioned.

By going for blast and then email , it has made case of afzal guru once again get debated and it would become more and more difficult for president of India to even think of pardoning him!!!!!. Isn’t it?.

I dont understand that when would terror organizations get it that using terror wont serve their purpose . It would infact make their cause more and more difficult because India and Indian are too proud to bow down before guns.

Any ways terrorist can be talked to… Lastly I would like to condemn today’s mindless , senseless terror attack and pray that families who lost their kin get all the strength to deal with the situation.

delhi high court blast suspect sketch

I was preparing to go to office when a breaking news came on television. It was news of blast which had occurred in front of gate no 5 of delhi high court. The blast took place at around 10.15 . My first reaction was ‘what the hell’ . Next I was looking for phone number of one of my relatives who is lawyer in delhi high court. I checked with him and he was safe.

Till now we have 10 precious life which has got lost while 65 are injured. Home Ministry states that inquiry is still on but it was mid to high intensity blast.

Blast is not new in India and we have subconsciously become used to with it. Blast in Mumbai , blast in ahmedabad , blast in imphal , blast in pune , blast in delhi , blast in ajmer , blast in Hyderabad.

Whenever blast occurs we have same pattern which follows the event. Police would cordon the area , they would give number of people died , number of people injured, they would tell what kind of material was used , then they would tell group which seems to be involved, government would make statement , ask people to remain calm , would announce certain amount for those who died and certain amount of those who got injured.

Then we would have politicians chipping in with BJP blaming UPA government of negligence and hint at jihadi terror while people like digvijay singh coming in with possibility of saffron terror.

We would have people like Rahul Gandhi who would claim that it is not possible to stop all terror attacks and even usa is facing terror attacks though not in their own soil but in Iraq and Afghanistan!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of us would feel angry, outraged and feel sorry for those who died and then we would move on to another breaking news till another terror attack strikes.

It is so easy to say that it is not possible to stop all terror attacks but lives are getting lost . No one can understand it better than Rahul Gandhi , one terror attack can make a family pay price which is too big ,too huge.

Problem we have is that we are facing terror attacks since long enough that we have slowly and gradually got used to it. In 2008 mumbai attack , entire nation said enough is enough. Public pressure did make vilasrao deshmukh , r r patil and shivraj patil resign but all three are back . While vilasrao deshmukh is center minister , shivraj patil is governor and r r patil is once again home minister of Maharashtra.

We do have NIA set up to co ordinate in better way but we still have had pune bakery blast , delhi high court blast to name few.

Delhi High court Blast : Another Blast, Another Deaths, Another Inquiry and Then Life Moves On???. Till we make noises large enough to say it is not ok and we are now fed up with terror attacks , till we make strong statement for government to listen we would keep being victim of terror attacks.

Yes we live in troubled neighborhood. Yes we have disputes with our neighbors. Yes we have black sheeps in muslim community who are ill informed about their own religion. Yes we have black sheeps in hindu community who believe islam has no place in India and are working against core principal of Hinduism. Yes we are large country  with population of 120 crores. Yes there are sections of people who are dissatisfied and disillusioned with the system but INSPITE OF ALL THESE DOES HUMAN LIVE HAVE ANY VALUE IN OUR DEAR COUNTRY?????????

If yes we need to break the pattern . We have to break it.

Yesterday at 11:30 pm in the night , I was coming back from a seminar. I had gone there at 6:00 pm and on my way back to home , I stopped at tea stall to have tea. Chai wala asked me to finish tea early . I was bit upset by his finish fast instruction and argued that I am having tea after 5 hours so let me enjoy it. Chai wala apologized for his drink it fast gesture but informed me that police is patrolling and they might take him to task for keeping open so early. I asked him about why there is so many police jeeps moving round?.He informed me about MUMBAI TERROR ATTACK where three blast took place in the evening!!

My first reaction was what the hell.. I immediately raced toward my home. I could see police on every signal. Terror strike in mumbai had made every city go on red alert.

As I reached home , I immediately switched on the television. I was glued to the news till 1 am. Memories of 26/11 came back to my mind . I was filled with anger ,frustration , helplessness.

Ironically book which I am currently reading is ‘Pull your own strings’ and it has chapter called ‘Teach others how you want to be treated’. Now if we look at terror attacks and our government’s response to it , we may realize that why we have terror attacks time and again. It is simple we have taught them how to treat us. They know that we would cry foul , condemn , give dossiers to pakistan (if it is pak’s job) or form some committee and then with time forget about it. We have taught various countries and terror groups that hum baato ke sher hain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Coming back to mumbai terror attack , I was shocked in way government went on to defend itself. Our dear home minister read out stats about terror attacks across globe to make point that ek to chalta hai ji!!!!!!!!!.. Minister jaiswal infact wanted us to be acknowledge government that no major terror took place in last 31 months. Now what happened in pune or what happened in sabotage or railways , few days back was not major thing according to jaiswal. I think according to jaiswal , killing of 100 people in major while few lives here and there is minor thing!!!!!!!!!!!

But biggest disappointing  statement came from none other than the PRINCE himself. Rahul Gandhi said that it is difficult to stop terrorism all the time. We get that and he may be right but this is not what we expect from person who is being projected as future prime minister.

We as people of India demand apology from government and admission that they failed . We also want concrete plan of action about how they want to make sure terror attacks are neutralized?.

Interestingly Rahul Gandhi was asked question about ‘ how come usa didnt have any terror attack after 9/11?’ . Rahul’s reply was wierd. He said that ‘USA is being attacked in Iraq and Afghanistan on almost daily basis’. Excellent statement to make. A country which has invaded Iraq , Afghanistan and is right now in state of war in both these countries and is facing terror strikes in those countries is what Rahul Gandhi’s excuse is about terror attack in India. But what Rahul Gandhi forgot is that no terror strikes took place inside usa after 9/11.

Mr Rahul Gandhi is speaking like some retried cricketer who defends present captain by stating that India can’t win every match. In same lines Rahul Gandhi says we can’t stop every terror attack. Mr Rahul Gandhi , terrorism is not cricket match. If we loose one match  its ok but if we loose one battle against terrorism it does cost lives!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr Rahul Gandhi , we dont want to hear how difficult it is to stop every terror attack , we want to hear how we are going to achieve no terror attack mode or at least have intelligence before hand. 99% success != success as far as human life goes. If some things 99.99% is equal to zero .

I feel sorry for those who lost their life. They unfortunately lived in era where government takes pride in stopping 99% terror attacks and is casual towards 1%. I pray to god to give strength to their families in this hour of grief and may souls of  those who lost lives rest in peace.

Almost every one reading this blog post is aware about Bin Laden. Most human beings who have access to news via newspaper , television or internet know that USA declared that they did kill Bin Laden in brave operation where they had to enter pakistan using choppers and in daring operation did manage to Kill world’s most infamous terrorist who was responsible for 9/11 terror attack on USA. Bin Laden’s body was then
buried in north arabian sea according to Islamic traditions.

Bin Laden was one of most hated figure in modern history. Barring few muslim minority , most muslims and world considered him to be terrorist who did create hate in the world. With Bin Laden , a chapter in terrorism ended and by killing him , usa did send message both at home and abroad that no matter how long it takes and no matter which country terrorist hides in , usa would get them. It has also set an example for world community about how to deal with terrorist provided one has guts , resource , technology and clout to do what usa did.

Unfortunately for many bin laden was not a terrorist and among those for whom bin laden was not terrorist there are two names which are well known . One of them is himself a terrorist while another is hard line separatist who felicitated migration of kashmiri pandits from the valley.The names of these two are Hafeez Saeed and Syed Ali Shah Geelani.

Hafeez saeed is founder of lashkar ae toyba , a terror outfit whose primary focus is kashmir while it wants to get junagarh and hyderabad too.

Since five years Lashkar is said to have expanded their aspiration and are now thinking in lines of Bin laden. Hafeez saeed is accused by India to be master mind behind 26/11 mumbai attacks.

Syed Ali Shah Geelani on other hand is hard line separatist who believes that kashmir must be freed from India. He considers India’s rule in Kashmir as illegal and wants kashmir to be annexed to pakistan.

Hafeez saeed called for funeral prayers for Bin Laden. According to Lashkar , bin laden was great soul who fought for rights of muslim. Towing same lines , syed ali shah geelani too called for funeral prayers ,for bin laden. According to geelani , bin laden felt pains of all muslims and fought for freedom from foreign rule!!!!!!!!!!.

For people like syed ali shah geelani , hafeez saeed and osama bin laden , world is divided into two kinds of people. One who are muslims , while another who are not. For osama kinds , even muslims are divided into two units , where sunnis belong to true muslims while shia, sufi,ahmadis and others are false muslims!!!!!!!!!

The problem of seeing world from extreme mindset and using religion as tool to achieve political goals is always dangerous because it becomes difficult to draw line between freedom struggle and terrorism, then. Killing innocent people of pakistan , america, India for e.g. cannot be justified in name of fighting for muslims or any faith. How can one justify for e.g. bomb blast on shrines in Pakistan , in recent times?. How can one justify
killing of 180+ in mumbai by hafeez saeed’s men . 40 of them where muslims who got killed in 26/11. How can one justify killing of 3000 people in WTC ?.

If hafeez saeed or bin laden or syed ali shah geelani claim to be muslims at first place and claim to be working for good of people with their faith , they must also take responsibility of where they are leading coming generations to. World is not muslim v/s rest or christian v/s rest, world is full of same human species and as per Islam ,use of force in faith in prohibited and so is killing of innocent lives.

When I think about bin laden , hafeez saeed and even syed ali shah geelani , I wonder how can any one hate something so much. All three have spent their lives hating something. For saeed and geelani it has been hatred for India , while for osama bin laden it has been hatred for everyone who is not in lines of his thinking pattern.

Problem with ideologies of syed ali shah geelani is that it creates world which is totally unilateral while problem with hafeez saeed and bin laden ideology is that it creates world where use of violence to achieve ends is justified and unaccounted for.

Death of bin laden is not death of terrorism or extreme ideologies. His ideology still lives and his sympathizers still exist . Ideology where there is no room for love and ideology which nurtures hatred. Such hatred cannot be killed by bullets but can be countered by holistic approach where human species treat each other as one unit and not as Muslims or Hindus or Christians. We have long long way to go.

Humans are humans. For some human beings like President of Iran , holocaust never happened and it was conspiracy by west to form Israel!!!!!!!!!.

Similarly for many people 9/11 was never done by Osama Bin Laden and his gang but was conspiracy hatched by others. These others for some is Mossad and Israel. They claim that no jew was working on 9/11 in WTC because Mossad had planned blowing off WTC.

For some bush and his team did 9/11. Perhaps most cruel allegations but some believe in that. They believe that bush did 9/11 to use it as excuse to declare war against Muslim countries. Strange Isn’t it?

I was very angry when I listened to some so called expert from across the border who claimed that 26/11 , Mumbai was done by RAW!!!!!!!. I am thankful to hamid mir and civil society of Pakistan , as well as Interior Minister of Pakistan who nailed this lie by arrested lakvi and giving exact version of how terrorist from Pakistan planned Mumbai.

Conspiracy theories are never new. It is human nature to doubt and doubt inspite of having solid proves which states otherwise.

Yesterday we saw one of most awaited news being broke. Death of Osama Bin Laden. In one of best executed operations ever , USA forces killed , world’s most wanted man who had become folk tale for extremist across the globe.

The face of alqueda , the man behind 9/11 and man who was inspiration to destructive people world wide , was killed by two bullets , one on head and another on chest.

The man who dedicated his life , wrongly to destruction died. He was plain human and two bullets were good enough to kill him.

Day after he died , we are hearing various conspiracy theories. People love conspiracy and for some it is view of life. They tend to see conspiracy in everything and Osama Bin Laden case is no different.

Many are questioning and wondering how come no usa personnel got injured in operation?. Why his body was sea buried so quickly?. How could Osama Bin Laden be in urban town and remained un noticed?. Is it obama’s strategy to deviate focus from economic issues and put strong footing for re election?

In twitter I came across some one from Pakistan , who believes that this operation was big drama and Osama was long dead. The man who died in not osama!!!!!!!!. Cnn Ibn reported quoted two of Abbottabad who refused to believed that Osama died.

Yesterday when I went for tea on tea outlet , there were people who dismissed osama dead report . One wondered how can some one as dangerous as Osama Bin Laden , die so easily!!!!!!!!!!!

USA’s security top brass is aware that many people would find it hard to believe that Osama Bin Laden was killed . For some Osama Bin Laden is legend (and ofcourse those some are either terrorist or extremist), for some Osama bin laden cannot be in Pakistan and for some anything usa does is conspiracy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

USA’s security brass is thinking on lines of putting pictures of dead Osama bin Laden , may be his dna report and such things. They have promised to put as much proof as possible , keeping in mind sensitivity of people too.

But would furnishing proof , make conspiracy theory buyers believe?. Answer is simple and it is NO. For some people conspiracy is way of life. No amount of proof can make them belief it and there is no point in proving anything to them. Doubters are doubters and may be doubting makes them feel good . I know a friend who doubts everything and justifies it by his logic. By doing so he thinks he is smarter than the rest and feels good about himself!!!!!!!!!

Coming to Osama Bin Laden’s death. I congratulate brave usa forces who were involved in the operation. Death of Osama Bin Laden closes one chapter of terrorism but machinery remains intact and all peace loving people must make sure that machinery gets dismantled. We have long way to go before our coming generation would live with minimum fear of terror.

As I woke up this morning , I switched on the television. For a minute I could not believe what I was seeing. It was breaking news with title -’Osama Bin Laden Killed By USA Forces’. I immediately called my dad who was in another room. We all were glued to television and heard obama’s speech which was being shown again and again.

Osama Bin Laden got killed in Pakistan’s abbottabad which is around 60 miles away from Pakistan’s capital Islamabad .

As soon as news of Osama Bin Laden broke ,excited americans came down on the streets to celebrate. It was a long wait for them and also for the world. It was 9/11/2001 when bin laden’s men striked on usa . It killed 3000 people and attacked the very belief of what makes usa. USA attacked Afghanistan but bin laden remained un caught.

After ten years bin laden got killed . What is significance of death of Bin Laden?. Osama Bin Laden was not just a man , he was symbol and inspiration to people all across the globe who believed in similar ideology. He was symbol of thought process which was dangerous not only to usa but to entire human race. He was hero for terrorist world over who used religion as method to recruit people. He was sort of rebel who took on might of usa . His death is important since Bin Laden was symbol of terror .

More importantly death of Bin Laden also means that no matter how long it take , usa wont give up on those who kill their citizens. They would remain persistent and go after them , no matter where they are and which country they live in. USA would close in on them .

At same time death of Bin Laden is big blow to moral of al queda and its affiliates but on field it wont make much of difference. Since years bin laden is more of symbol while Ayman al-Zawahri is believed to be brain and strategist of al queda.

The job is not completed yet and for peaceful world we need to work on many fronts , one of them is going hard against all terror organization , punishing nations who support any form of terrorism , give safe haven to them , working to stop finances of terror groups and most importantly working for justice of people across board to make sure such groups don’t get people who want to be terrorist.

The war against terror never began with laden and can neither end with laden. Bin Laden is part of thought process which existed much before he became terrorist. Yes Bin laden has been most influential of the lot but he had already done the damage which he could have done . He has polluted brains of many people across the globe and his way of thinking would live on . To beat an ideology , we need to counter it with dialogue and debate. Bullets can’t do that job for us. We need to defeat it with resolve and maturity.

Death of bin laden is welcomed . I congratulate Barack Obama , usa forces , usa and world in general. I congratulate those who lost their kins in 9/11. It is finally justice for them but at same time I would like to remind all that job is still incomplete , we need to defeat extremism of all kinds and only then our job as human race would get complete.

As sunsets for one last time in 2010 and tomorrow new year would arrive , I wish all the readers of this blog a very very happy prosperous new year. May all your wishes come true and may you have all the skill , knowledge , strength , opportunity , will , zeal needed to realize all your dreams. May your wealth increase , health betters and may 2011 year be your year.

As I wish the readers I am here by listing top ten things which I wish for India in 2011 . All things are generic which only few being specific. I wish all these comes true sooner .

1) I wish year 2011 would be year of triumph for Indian democracy. An year where parliament functions , an year where discussion is norm than protest , an year where mature way prevails and year where opposition plays roles of constructive opposition and upa-2 learns to listen. An year where upa 2 comes out of egoist approach that people voted for them and becomes more humble , catering all voices , specially of opposition.

2) I wish year 2011 would be year where onion , tomato , milk , petrol  , sugar would be not prized at rate of dry fruits and soon we would have affordable rates for all.

3) I wish year 2011 be year when 26/11 master minds are brought to justice by pakistani authorities. For that to happen case must move with hare’s pace. By the way currently it is at snail’s pace. Wish karna to banata hai boss

4) I wish year 2011 in big boss doesnot have dolly bindras and rakhi sawants or sambhavana seths. I wish year 2011 sees big boss bringing celebrities with basic mannerism.

5) I wish year 2011 would be year of Dr manmohan singh . The man is not expected to run for prime minister post in 2014 and he can become immortal by taking stand against corruption and sending those who are guilty behind the bars. Ya I understand that might end 50% politicians behind the bar but cleaning the system to maangta hai boss…

6) I wish year 2011 would be another glorious year for our sports . No I am not talking about cricket , there is separate wish for that. I am talking about all other sports . We did good in 2010 and I wish we do better in 2011. We needs sports culture to take things forward for all Indians.

7) I wish no child gets killed in bomb blast like it did in varanasi blast. I wish no schools get bombed by naxals and I wish year 2011 would be peaceful year , not only for India but also for Pakistan. Pakistani citizens are paying high price and I wish they see calm this year

I wish Indian news media are more focused on real heros of India and pay less attention of who is dating whom in bollywood.

9) I wish women reservation bill gets passed this year. Though in short run it wont be much of use to women except women in political families but in long run it would help in getting representation of 50% of Indians.

10) Last but not the least. I know most Indians wish this. I wish and want India to Win ICC WORLD CUP -2011…
