CVC P J Thomas’s Supreme Court Verdict & Its Larger Perceptive

Few years back parliament had important discussion. Discussion on how judiciary in interfering in governance and who is supereme ?. Parliament or Judiciary?. One is elected by people of India while another is independent body. One’s role is to make laws while other’s role is to implement those laws and see to it that laws made are not in contradiction with fundamental rights placed in constitution. Senior Lawyer and now minister for telecom along with HRD , kapil sibal earlier had slammed CAG and shockingly,strangely had announced that 2G Scam known as Mother Of All Scams is infact social service cause by UPA. Now before you think that it was social service done by government to take care of needy ones like Raja , Nira and her corporate associates , well Kapil didnot meant that. No Food To Eat?..Well Dont Worry Government Would Give Mobile Phones!!!!!!!!!!!

Title doesnot make sense . Isn’t it?. Whether you are in India or china or Pakistan or united states of America or Somalia or Sudan. Title does not fit the logic. What has mobile phones to do with food?. How can mobile phone serve the person who does not have food to eat?. Can mobile be eaten?. Can a person with no money to buy food get mobile recharged or pay the bill?. Can a call of 30-50 paisa serve him/her any purpose?. Whom would he/she call?. Ambulance to take them to government hospital because of starving?.
