Aarakshan – India V/s India?

Aarakshan or reservation has always been controversial issue in India. When I first heard prakash jha making movie out of it , the first thing that came into my mind was ‘well it would surely create problems during release’.  I have always been huge fan of Mr Prakash Jha. I have liked most of his movies. Be it be Rajneeti or ganga jal or even Apaharan. Prakash deals with difficult subjects and does full justice to it. Coming back to aarakshan it has none other than amitabh bachchan along with saif ali khan , deepika padukone,manoj bajpai and smita patil’s son Prateik Babbar . Hidden Reservation In Parliament

India saw two days of political turnmoil before passage of women reservation bill. Rajya sabha was adjourned 9 times in 2 days and finally suspension of 7 members who behaved as if they were local jobless people paid to distrupt rajya sabha. Bill was then debated and finally passed. While opinion where divided with majority of India supporting the bill , there were sizeable number of Indian citizens who opposed the bill. Those who are against the bill are again in three categories . First one support more representation of women but are against reservation , second one want quota within the quota while minor category is of those who oppose women empowerment itself!!!!!!!!! Finally women’s reservation bill might become reality with UPA’s cabinet having already approved the bill which will be presented before rajaysabha and loksabha anytime soon. What Is Women’s Reservation Bill : The bill if becomes reality will ensure that 33% seats are reserved for women in loksabha and state assembly elections.
