UP has population of 20 crores!!!!!!!!. If it had been country it would have been fifth largest populated country after china , India, USA, Indonesia!!!!!!!

Upcoming uttar pradesh election is extremely important elections not just for uttarpradesh which is largest populated state in India but also for three leaders and their future.

These three leaders are RAHUL GANDHI , AKHILESH YADAV AND BEHN MAYAWATI.

1) Rahul Gandhi :

His only credentials in politics till date has been that his surname is GANDHI. The surname which was hijacked by nehru family are now first family of Indian Politics. But Nehru clan didnt just hijack surname , they hijacked Congress too. The party which was ones party of every one is not reduced to be party of first family.

To be fair to nehru clan , they have had their share in making of what India is today. Be it be nehru or Indira or Rajiv, they did do lot for the country but at same time they reduced great party into ‘yes madam/sir’ party where top most post is reserved for either nehru clan or chosen one by nehru clan!!!!!!!

The yuvraj of congress Rahul Gandhi has been honest to people and himself. He knows that it is because of his surname and other surnames like schindiyas or pilots or pawars or latest tandon or singh is credential to enter politics!!!!!!!!

Rahul has been working to get actual aam aadmis in the party but his true test would come in uttar pradesh. Many believe Rahul Baba would be elevated to prime ministership in 2014 , if upa wins election.

The passport to prime ministership would come from uttar pradesh. Congress is already at rock bottom in up and even if congress does reasonably better than last election , congress would be quick to hail rahul gandhi.

But if congress looses elections miserably then congress would call it collective responsibility and still manage to promote Rahul Gandhi.

Then why is this election important for Rahul?. He got to prove himself to himself and also to people of thinking India and his credentials other than merely being born in privilege family would come from Uttar Pradesh.

2) Akhilesh Yadav :

Why should congress have all the fun?. Most political parties including BJP of up are getting their sons/daughters into politics . They have example of congress which has been hugely successful in that.

If Congress project Rahul as yuvraj of India , SP is projecting akhilesh as yuvraj of up. Akhilesh is main campaigner of Samajwadi party. Though Akhilesh maintains that his father would be chief minister , the baton of leadership would pass on to akhilesh in coming year and performance of sp in up is important for akhilesh to cement his position and emerge as generation next leader of sp.

3) Mayawati :

So what is she is crorepati?. So what that there are cases against her?. So what that no one does question her asset of 89 crore officialy while she has been full time politician since 20 plus years, mayawati remains popular leader of up.

She would be fighting against tide and if she wins this election , her next step would be 2014 general election where she would like to play important role. Her google ad campaign in 2009 elections showed her ambition of becoming prime minister.

But if she loose elections , her path ahead seems rocky.

For BJP it seems fight of two yuvraj and dalit ki beti would create situation of their advantage. So let see how up elections unfold…

Challenge For Congress - Sycophancy

During days when kings , nawabs , sultans used to rule India , they use to have state kavis. Many of so called kavis use to invest their talent in writing poems on their kings , nawabs , sultans. By doing so they use to get inaams .

The trend can be seen all across the globe and chamchagiri or sycophancy seems to be trait which has helped careers of many and it seems to be timeless trait!!!!!!!!!!!

World has changed a lot in last few hundred years. Today governance too has changed. We have democracy in most parts of world. The communist still hold ground in countries like china , north korea . Kinghood still holds ground in muslim countries like saudi arabia. But lately saudi too has seen more people centric governance system. Voices of change , democracy were heard in various parts in 2011. People are getting more aware about their right as human being and in all possibility governance would see more people centric systems where rule of law would have people’s view incorporated in it in future.

In such times one thing seems not to change and it is art of chamchagiri or sycophancy. Indian National Congress is oldest party of India and is chief party which contributed most in India’s struggle of Independence.

The party was unique in a sense. It had people from all walks of life , all caste , all community , all faiths. Be it be parsi or hindu or muslim or sikh , you name it and congress had people from that faith. Congress had people from dalits , people from brahmin , people from south , people from north. In era where woman was considered to be responsible only for household activities , congress had women too in it. Congress truly represented India .

After Independence Nehru began prime minister and unfortunately for Nehru ,Congress and India , most of top most leaders like mahatma , sardar patel , didnt live much and with death of maulana azad , nehru lost close guide,friend .

But most unfortunate thing for India was death of lal bhadur shashtri. The event gave India a very powerful prime minister called Indira gandhi but at same time the event laid foundation to new dynasty of India that is nehru clan.

Insecure Indira had group of selected few whom she did trust . Nick named as kitchen cabinet , they had strong say in governance too.  Indira’s rule saw corruption rise . When we seen today people coming on streets to say corruption down down , many dont know that similar banners made their way to streets during 70s too when Indira ruled.

Congress from being party of all voices soon became party with main trait as being loyal to one person and family. Culture of sycophancy entered the great party called congress and today in 2012 the above ad given by some congress man shows how deep rooted the culture of chamchagiri had become.

Challenge for congress if at all it wants to go back to glorious congress ,then challenge would be how it can bring people on merit who can stand upright and whose survival in party in not based on loyalty to one family but on what he/she brings on board.

Challenge for congress would be how they bring in actual representation of people of India . Rahul Gandhi claims to be working for it with youth congress but as long as top seats are reserved for one family , I am not sure how this would work?.

Digvijay Singh – The man who has made so many comments that it becomes difficult to select which has been more stupid among them. Diggi would surely go down as person who made most comments in 2011. He went on to make comments on any thing and any one who is worth making comments , be it be anna hazare or anna team or bjp or rss or bsp…

His most stupid comment would be on osama bin laden which goes as follows :

“even the worst of criminals should be buried or cremated according to their faith”,calling him “Osama Ji”…Now if we consider his points valid ,calling world’s most wanted man as Osamaji is as stupid as it can be…Anyways Diggi was trying to woo minorities and thats where his stupidy comes into picture because minorities are not fool that don’t understand why Osama becomes Osamaji….

Rahul Gandhi – The yuvraj of congress is known for making comments which can be dubbed as stupid by his critics..Recently he came into news for making his comments on uttar pradesh’s people going to maharashtra and punjab for work.”For how long would UP youths go and beg in Maharashtra,” asked rahul gandhi in recent rally!!!!!!

Shahid Afridi : He came , he saw and he conquered before he lost. He came to India , he saw how heartening his team’s reception was , his team’s graceful performance conquered hearts of Indians but as soon as he went back to pakistan he lost good will of Indians by making his stupid comments on Indians. He said pakistanis have larger hearts than Indian which made Indian media making it headlines and India fume on his comments…

 Nitin Gadkari : BJP lost moral grounds on corruption when it took long long long time to sack yeddurappa but most stupid comments came from gadkari when he said that what yeddy did was morally incorrect but legally what he did was noting wrong!!!!!!!

Salman Khurshid : The law minister made fool of himself when he said that If we sent industrailist to Jail , we would be discouraging Investment which in turn implies that inspite of corruption charges to make sure investment keeps happening , Industrialist should remain out of jail!!!!!!!!!!

Harbhajan Singh : He has not been at peak of his bowling. Inspite of taking 400 wickets , he looks far from what he is capable of . When he was sacked from team he commented that he was surprised from his exclusion. Now if he would have seen his performance and compared it with ojha and ashwin’s he himself would have considered his comments as stupid one…

S.M.Krishna : Foreign minister of India like diggi made more than one stupid comments in 2011 .He made bluder of reading another’s countries speech in un assembly and when media asked him about it , he replied that openining stanza of most speeches are same!!!!!!!…But his most stupid comments would be on question asked to him regarding pakistan prisoner in India , to which he replied that he is in touch with pakistan authorities and would ask for liniency!!!!!!!!..Fortunately Dr singh was listening and he stood to answer clearly….

Kiran Bedi : One of most seen member of anna hazare team , she too made comments which were far from desirable . Her comment ‘anna is India , India is anna’ was as stupid as ‘Indira is India , India is Indira ‘ comments from congress man in 70s…

Bharkha Dutt : Backbone and editor in chief of NDTV , made news for nira radia tapes. How she defended herself?. Well she commented that she was looking for news and she didnt do what nira had asked. Now this defense too classifes as stupid because she was more interested in getting news than trying to stop scam!!!

Kapil Sibal : I confess. When kapil became minister for HR , I was very happy. According to me in today’s India , HR is one of most important ministeries and when person like kapil gets charge of it , we can safely say that our HR ministry is in right hands but kapil made height to stupidity when he commented that 2g allocation had zero loss!!!!!!!!.

Chetan Bhagat : The noted author made headlines by his comments on Infosys which was in reply to comments made by narayan murthy on IIT’s detetoriating quality. Chetan bhagat called Infosys as body shop company.

Planning Comission : This can be said to be stupiest comment of the year when planning commission jointly concluded that Rs 32 is enough for person to survive in urban belt while Rs 26 is enough for rural belt!!!!!!

Lastly how can this post end without mentioning Dr singh. Learned Dr singh is one of most respected people in India but he too at times makes stupid comments. His most stupid comment was when he had said that Indian muslims have first right on resources of India. Now coming from some one like dr singh who belongs to party which claims to be non communal making such illogical comments makes it to be stupiest comment of decade because every Indian irrespective of faith has equal right on resources of this country…Recently on badati mehngai our economist prime minister made comments that prosperity is reason for rising price. In nation where we have highest number of poors , how can prosperity rise prices????????….Is it another reason for keeping poors poorer??

Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi , the prince of congress in his tour to uttar pradesh asked villagers that kya unko gussa nahi aata ke center gives money to state but states does nothing for their welfare?…Obviously the answer to the question was replied in affirmative by most whom he asked question.

As aam aadmi whom Rahul claims to represent I too have right like villagers of up or minority of gujarat or junta of Bihar to express my anger. Why did I mention these three states?…Because according to Rahul , gussa vahin aata hai jahan congress raj nahi hota!!!!!!!

Here I am going to express my anger and access my constitutional right to do so. Dear Rahul gussa to mujhe bhi aata hai aur bahout aata hai….Gussa aata hai general politicians pe , gussa aata hai divide and rule policy pe , gussa aata hai corruption pe…

Mujhe gussa aata hai jab diggi osama bin laden ko osamaji kaahete hain. Gussa aata hai jab genuine movement like that of Anna Hazare ko RSS sponsered bata ke congress logo ko corruption ke mude se distract karne ki koshish karta hai…

Mujhe gussa aata hai jab menghai badati jaati hai aur government various reasons de ti raaheti hai but menghai kam nahi hoti balki aur badhti hai.

Mujhe gussa aata hai jab desh ka anaaj sardta raheta hai aur government saalo se kutch nahi karti hai uska .

I get angry when upa keep churning out scams after scams and you keep mum while when you visit state ruled by opposite parties you start talking about corruption issues.

I get angry when you prefer to visit places and critize opposition but at same time you ignore issues generated by your own party.

I feel angry when in name of keeping communal forces away your party tries to woo communal forces in kerala and doesnot act against traitors like gilani. I feel angry when in name of keeping communal forces away your party plays communal politics!!!!!!!!!!

I feel angry when afzal guru is not hanged because your party is worried about how it would go down to kashmiris while you are not considerate about lives which afzal guru’s plan took away.

I feel angry when you concede that your surname is only reason why you made it to the post in your party but instead of weakening the clutches of dynasty , you have scindiyas , sagma’s daughter , pilots in team of young leaders.

Most important thing which makes me angry is that it was your great grand mother regime who institutionalized corruption in 70s but corruption started way before that. In 1948 , we had first scam called jeep scam and your great great grandfather was prime minister at that time. In all these years your party has ruled the country for most of time and we are still dealing with same issue . I get angry because how your party deals it , is not for eradicating corruption but for making sure that your party does cosmetic actions but as we see problem remains as it is.

Dear Rahul gandhi , it is good that you get angry but dont just keep you anger shimit to BSP , BJP , RSS only…All these are not in your control but atleast your party is…Why not start at home and set things in order in states where your party rules?…Direct your anger in places where you would get quick results…Meanwhile also look into the question ‘aam aadmi ko gussa kyun aata hai’ and dwell into it…

Uttar Pradesh which is most populous state in the country is in news yet again and this time it is not in news because of mayawati’s statue but because of a epidemic.

First let us look at what is Encephalitis?. Encephalitis is an acute inflammation of the brain. Encephalitis with meningitis is known as meningoencephalitis. Symptoms include headache, fever, confusion, drowsiness, and fatigue. More advanced and serious symptoms include seizures or convulsions, tremors, hallucinations, and memory problems.

Now this disease has claimed around 500 lives in uttar pradesh. Yes you read it right 500 precious lives ..500 children who had just began their journey of life. 500 children who didnt live long enough to taste life.

Now bhen mayawati is busy erecting her statues and making garden so it is understandable how serious she would be regarding health of 500 odd children!!!!!!!. Center obviously has its biggest excuse and that is it being state matter. Whether it is communal riots or epidemic , state matter is one of political hatiyaar which center uses in opposition ruled states. Logic is simple , let opposition have self goals and once those goals are enough to make headlines and people are angry , then step in!!!!!!!

To be fair with center it is understandable that they cannot intefere in every or any state matter. Constitution doesnot allow that to happen and we can’t afford to have centralized system , we need powerful state based system but here we are talking about lives and 500 lives is too important for center to interfene…

Coming to our dear health minister , mr ghulam nabi azad, well it took around 500 deaths and push by Rahul gandhi (according to media) for Mr azad to visit gorakhpur where epidemic has taken maximum toll.. It is ironical about how media reported. Media said ‘rahul steps in ‘ , now I wonder who is rahul to step in?. How can a mer general secretary of a party , guide union health minister? and even if congress reet sada chali aayi , pran jaayi pan nehru clan na jaayi , applied in this case too , what is use of having health minister who cannot understand seriousness of 500 deaths and needs advise from Rahul gandhi?.

According to me Mr Ghulam Nabi Azad must resign if he cannot think for himself and needed 500 deaths and Rahul gandhi’s push to visit and take notice and make visit. What is use of such health minister at first place and congress if needs yuvraj to advise on making lok pal as constitutional body or guide union health minister to visit up , I believe congress should seriously think about kind of people they are inviting in their party and making them stand for elections!!!!!!.

Dear Rahul Gandhi,

There are few people who are born with silver spoon and they are very few people who are born with silver spoon which doesn’t make them work hard for money , fame which makes them famous just by being born in particular family. But there are very very very few people who are extremely lucky to be born in family which gives them money,fame as well as exceptional power. We may say such families inculde sheikhs of uaes , king saud family and in subcontinent it is gandhi family and bhutto family.

Power has two ways of being utilized…One is for good of all with vision for betterment while another is for temporary good with view of safe guarding one’s interest too. It is how one uses power which determines who he or she is.

When you joined politics my first reaction was here comes prince . You came and started well. You conceded that it is just because of your surname that you could enter politics. You said you would reform the system. You started touring India which was could considering you might not be knowing India much and you were willing to have first hand experience. You met lot of people , you addressed youth and also invited them to join politics. All those were welcomed step.

You declined to become minister when dr manmohan singh went overboard in wooing you to do so. You said becoming prime minister is not only thing by which one can serve his country. This statement too was true and I hoped. I hoped that finally we would see reform in congress and it would get back to its original form where people from humble background could enter and rise in party and even take top most post.

I hoped that people from all walks of life , all creed , all religions, all caste could come and express their vision of India and find way to become impactful.

But your elite team disappointed me. It has people who inherited politics mostly and there were few who were self made people which is must to understand difficulties of Indians according to me.

UPA-2 of whom your mother is chair person started churning out one scam after the another and you remained largely indifferent, making few statements here and there. Your speech in parliament at height of anna hazare movement too felt short of expectation.

Now pranab mukherjee who is senior congress leader made statement that you are future new leader of congress which indirectly means you might be projected as prime minister for 2014. Now I am not personally against you but you becoming prime minister would strengthen democracy in political parties especially that of yours or would it be continuation of dynasty?

Instead of opening doors for all to the top, you are allowing people to enter but not excel?. You are making dynasties stronger by inducting in your team , people who inherited politics . Dont you think we may head towards situation where we would have 80% of parliamentarians who have inherited politics and dont you think dynasty politics is as much threat to India as communal forces or naxals?

I am disappointed with you because instead of making congress original congress which had no dynasty , you are moving towards strengthening dynasty. You and me both know that congress of today is distant shadow of original congress which led freedom struggle. You and me both know that right from gokhale,tilak  to mahatma,sardar,nehru,maulana and even subhash have had their contribution in making party which it had become .

Dynasties dont led to betterment of society in long run. It serves its purpose first and is threat to democracy. I would respect you much more if you remain in congress and use your ‘surname’ to make congress more democratic then follow the path of obvious.

I know you haven’t open up your cards yet and it is possible that you would decline to become pm if upa wins 2014 which itself would be big challenge but I would humble suggest you to use your power to strenghthen democracy in your party than dynasty.

Indian National Congress is 126 year old party making it oldest party in the country. Founded in 1885 , it served as forum for Indians from all walks of life,different regions , different caste , different faiths to get together . Initially demand was more share in government (british India) for educated native Indians.

The party had people like Bal Gangadhar Tilak; Bipin Chandra Pal; Lala Lajpat Rai; Gopal Krishna Gokhale; and Mohammed Ali Jinnah in it. Gopal Krishna Gokhale can be said as person who influenced mahatma to take all India tour to understand India better…

With changing times , demand of congress slowly moved from more participation of Indians in the government to complete freedom. Congress of India had representative from every caste,creed and faith. It represented India in too sense and it has been largely inclusive.

Congress was not formed by singular family and neither was ever owned by single family till Indira Gandhi became sarve sarva of congress. Congress had leftist in it , they had secularist in it , they had conservative in it, they had right wing in it , they have liberals in it.

Congress was among first parties to have woman representatives in it. Considering social system of that era , it was indeed big achievement. Congress had muslims in it. That too muslims who ran movements in absence of mahatama. Maulana Azad was one of important leaders of congress who views matter to party and helped shape in their strategies and policies.

Contribution of congress is often ignored by right wings and leftist. But congress was one of its kind and in true sense it represented entire subcontinent. Mahatma gandhi was phenomena and his influence on party , country and world is still relevant. Mahatma’s quest for all inclusive ideology still reflects in true congress workers.

Nehru followed socialist path but he too had to bow down to party’s views in number of times. Being popular prime minister , he too could not have his way always.

Unfortunately congress changed during Indira Gandhi era. She crushed competition in congress and made it more and more dependent on herself and her choosen ones. Corruption too increased many fold in her era and unfortunately daughter of Institution man like nehru who was strictly against dynasties , made her won dynasty in form of gandhi-nehru family.

Since 70s , the great party lost its fundamental value and that is being a platform where people from all walks of life can enter and even reach to position to form policies. Fundamental value where talent would be given preference over whose daughter or son you are. Fundamental value that people can differ in views but as long as they love their country they can be part of congress.

Values like social service , integrity , nation love , passion to serve country got replaced with loyalty to individual and family. These factors gave birth to many regional parties and weakening of congress.

Today Congress is nothing more than a party which is owned by single family and they have managed to win elections because of past karmas of greats like mahatma , maulana , tilak , gokhale, sardar , nehru. It is the system which had made congress reach to all corners of India , which had helped them remain present in every state of the country and assist them in winning elections.

But the GREAT INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS has got converted into family owned enterprise where one’s rise is directly proportional to ability to serve single family’s purpose. Dr Manmohan Singh could become prime minister because he was not threat to power of sonia gandhi . Pranab da was and so could not become prime minister of India.

Personally I have no problem with sonia gandhi or rahul gandhi. Both are doing what they know and sonia is influential personality with tight grip on her party. But I am strongly against dynasty politics of congress which has directly/indirectly made other parties turn into dynasty parties themselves.

Be it be rising son in samajwadi party of mulayam singh yadav or be it be DMK or be it be shiv sena or be it be Biju Janta Dal … Our Parliament is slowly moving towards being family owned entity with more and more sons/daughters/nephews entering parliament . This is bigger threat than terrorism for India because we would have situation in future where 500 families might control us.

Left and Bjp are only two parties which doesnot have family owned system. Both have had their limitations which have hindered their growth. BJP has changed its views for minorities and is becoming more inclusive but to reach to level where it can gain majority on its own , it has long route to travel. Left on other hand is living in 19th century and needs major ideological shift to remain relevant.

Because of Left and BJP’s limitation , congress gets free run and nehru-gandhi clan remains in business. Congress’s funda that since they win elections , congress is well leaves little room for improvement . Congress needs major over haul to curb corruption , chamchagiri and opportunism.

For me Rahul gandhi becoming prime minister would be sad thing to happen to India. Rahul gandhi instead can revive lost greatness of congress by working for bringing people from all walks of life into congress and removing congress from clutches of his family. By that way he would be serving India more than by sitting in post which he had not earned but would be given as dynasty rule.

Unless that happens congress would be party which fell from its own greatness and became something which its founding fathers never dreamt of.

Narendra Modi V/s Rahul Gandhi

Narendra modi has gone on 72 hours fast with what he calls as sadbhavna mission. Narendra Modi has had two things happening this week . First was supreme court’s verdict which asked trial court to continue with the proceedings and decided that it wont monitor the case , any more. Second is USA Congress Research’s report which praised Narendra Modi’s development work and also considered him to be contender for 2014 general elections and probably pitching against prince of congress Mr Rahul Gandhi.

Congress first chose not to react to usa congress’s report calling it not worth dignifying. But then they went on to dignify it by commenting on it!!!!!!!!!!. Congress called Narendra Modi’s sambhavna fast as “show” but called upon once RSS Strong man and ex bjp’s person Mr Shankar Singh Vaghela to run his “own fast show”!!!!!!!!!

Debate is hot on who should be NDA’s candidate for post of prime minister and whether Rahul Gandhi would bow down to congress member’s demand to stand as prime minister candidate.

First let us see what both candidates have to offer :

1) Narendra Modi :

Background : RSS man who served RSS as its pracharak. He managed events of bjp , was responsible for rise of BJP in gujarat along with shankar singh vaghela, He was elevated to general secretary position in BJP and was in charge of five states before he was called on to take on becoming chief minister of gujarat.

Strength : Master strategist and great marketer.

Has proven record of development.

Known for his ability to take fast decision

Image of strong leader who is business friendly.

Can bring investors.

Weakness : 2002 Riots. Thorn which might spoil his chances of ever getting topmost post

Recently have been accused of favoring single corporate house and congress has made 17 complains against him which new lokayukta would take on.

2) Rahul Gandhi :

Background – Son of rajiv gandhi , grand son of Indira gandhi , great grand son of nehru , great great grand son of motilal nehru. In short fifth generation in politics and enjoys good will of many in India.

Strength : Surname which he got by being born in family of nehru-gandhi.

Popular among youth

Is seen as sincere and hard working

Weakness : Lacks aura which has been hall mark of gandhi-nehru clan.

Has failed miserably in bihar and uttar pradesh

Lacks depth in debate

So this is very basis listing of strength and weakness of the two.

Now coming to question of the day ,When senior leader of congress and law minister Mr Salman Khurshid was asked about his views on possibility of Narendra Modi v/s Rahul Gandhi in 2014 , this is what he said in his reply. “You can only pity whoever will have to fight Rahul Gandhi,”

As soon as I wrote the tile of the post , I wondered whether it is worth writing the post at first place?. Every one is India knows that congress is still to achieve freedom . Congress got enslaved in dynasty politics since Indira gandhi took over. The great democratic party which rich history , powerful leaders like mahatma , nehru,sardar patel, maulana azad, kamraj,morajee desai, lal bhadur shastri soon became family owned enterprise since Indira took over.

So it is obvious fact that 2014 would see another rising son in congress and his name is Rahul Gandhi. Personally I do believe Rahul gandhi has good intentions for the country and is working hard . As per tradition of congress , he would become prime minister of India some day and he doesnot need to work for it but he still works hard which is positive side of Rahul Baba.

Having said that he still has to prove his ability to lead. He has had visits all over India , he has had tried to know more about India but does that make him ideal candidate for becoming prime minister of India? . If we minus gandhi surname for his name , what does he become then?. Say his name was Rahul Malhotra?. Would then he have had chance of even becoming minister , forget about becoming prime minister of India?

Congress has many people who are capable and able to become prime minister of India. They have had their own public standing , they have had their experience , they have had their own identity than being from a family.

Pranab da has decided not to contest elections any more and he is most likely to retire. Dr manmohan singh also is likely to retire. So who is congress left with?. Rahul Gandhi is obvious name but Rahul gandhi is not like his fans, followers and more particularly chamchas in congress who want to use him.He knows he still has to prove himself and he would have to work for another 10 years to gain experience. Yes political pressure might force him to take top post but according to me it would be big mistake.

Rahul can use his aura and his surname to revive congress in tamil nadu, bihar, west bengal , gujarat , uttar pradesh . For that he would need to work hard for another decade . He can surely take vice president post of congress while his mother remaining president but he must allow some another person to become prime minister ,if upa comes back to power(Going by track record of upa-2 , it looks tough as of now but you never know).

So whom do you think should be congress’s candidate for prime minister’s post in elections 2014. Here are few of the names :

1) P.C.Chidambaram – M doubtful right now because of his name doing rounds in 2g scams…

2) Kapil Sibal

3) Salman Khursheed

4) A K Antony

5) Pritvi Raj Chauhan

So Whom do you think congress should project as their prime minister candidate?…

delhi high court blast suspect sketch

I was preparing to go to office when a breaking news came on television. It was news of blast which had occurred in front of gate no 5 of delhi high court. The blast took place at around 10.15 . My first reaction was ‘what the hell’ . Next I was looking for phone number of one of my relatives who is lawyer in delhi high court. I checked with him and he was safe.

Till now we have 10 precious life which has got lost while 65 are injured. Home Ministry states that inquiry is still on but it was mid to high intensity blast.

Blast is not new in India and we have subconsciously become used to with it. Blast in Mumbai , blast in ahmedabad , blast in imphal , blast in pune , blast in delhi , blast in ajmer , blast in Hyderabad.

Whenever blast occurs we have same pattern which follows the event. Police would cordon the area , they would give number of people died , number of people injured, they would tell what kind of material was used , then they would tell group which seems to be involved, government would make statement , ask people to remain calm , would announce certain amount for those who died and certain amount of those who got injured.

Then we would have politicians chipping in with BJP blaming UPA government of negligence and hint at jihadi terror while people like digvijay singh coming in with possibility of saffron terror.

We would have people like Rahul Gandhi who would claim that it is not possible to stop all terror attacks and even usa is facing terror attacks though not in their own soil but in Iraq and Afghanistan!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of us would feel angry, outraged and feel sorry for those who died and then we would move on to another breaking news till another terror attack strikes.

It is so easy to say that it is not possible to stop all terror attacks but lives are getting lost . No one can understand it better than Rahul Gandhi , one terror attack can make a family pay price which is too big ,too huge.

Problem we have is that we are facing terror attacks since long enough that we have slowly and gradually got used to it. In 2008 mumbai attack , entire nation said enough is enough. Public pressure did make vilasrao deshmukh , r r patil and shivraj patil resign but all three are back . While vilasrao deshmukh is center minister , shivraj patil is governor and r r patil is once again home minister of Maharashtra.

We do have NIA set up to co ordinate in better way but we still have had pune bakery blast , delhi high court blast to name few.

Delhi High court Blast : Another Blast, Another Deaths, Another Inquiry and Then Life Moves On???. Till we make noises large enough to say it is not ok and we are now fed up with terror attacks , till we make strong statement for government to listen we would keep being victim of terror attacks.

Yes we live in troubled neighborhood. Yes we have disputes with our neighbors. Yes we have black sheeps in muslim community who are ill informed about their own religion. Yes we have black sheeps in hindu community who believe islam has no place in India and are working against core principal of Hinduism. Yes we are large country  with population of 120 crores. Yes there are sections of people who are dissatisfied and disillusioned with the system but INSPITE OF ALL THESE DOES HUMAN LIVE HAVE ANY VALUE IN OUR DEAR COUNTRY?????????

If yes we need to break the pattern . We have to break it.
