JDU is one of key ally of BJP and part of National Democratic Alliance (NDA).Janta Dal United (JDU) categorically said that they would oppose narendra modi’s bid of becoming prime minister of INDIA, if BJP comes up with his name as candidate in 2014 elections. Dear Dr Manmohan Singhji, Dear prime minister first of all I would like to congratulate of your thinking of reducing the average age of cabinet . It is decision in right path and must be appreciated. Now coming to your comment on supreme court decision which too looks logical about how can free food grains be distributed to 37% of Indians which are estimated to live below poverty line?. That is quiet a valid point. Emergency : Does It Matter To us anymore?
Yesterday was that day in Indian history which saw democracy cease to exist. Day when Indira gandhi imposed emergency 35 years ago . The day which is known as black day in modern Indian history. Indira took congress president’s remark ‘Indira is India and India is Indira’ too seriously and so when her career as Indian Prime minister came under threat , she considered it to be threat on India and imposed emergency.
