Jay was born in lower middle class family. His father ,a primary teacher in a village had five children to feed. Jay was brilliant in studies and great in maths much like his father. His father induced values in jay , that was only thing which he could give him and that was most important thing that he gave him.

Jay till 10th studied in local language medium school but he was ambitious and saw that english would be needed if he wanted to have global reach. He did something , which many rated as stupid. He took admission in english medium school which taking admission in 11th. Even school was reluctant to give him admission but he did have his way. Now he had two challenges , one was to excel in 12th (which was primary requirement for making admission into engineering) and more important challenge was to excel in language he didnt knew. Determined to succeed he did well in 12th and got admission in Instrumentation & control.

Passing out of engineering college , he got a mediocre job which he took with definite purpose. Company was small but was growing. He knew he would have hands on experience on many segments in small firm.

He worked for 12-14 hours a day without getting paid for overtime. He worked as he calls now kaadi majuri much to disappointment of his family and friends who couldnot understand his spending so much hours in earning so less as per efforts.

But jay had a plan. He wanted to learn not just technicalities but also business model. He worked in that firm for 7 years and then started his own buisness.

He is into business since 15 years and running it successfully. His latest project would create wonder when it comes into market since it deals with energy saving.

Jay has everything now . A loving family , a comfortable live style and passion for his work. Jay has climbed ladder of success but he still remembers days when his family could not pay rents of house they stayed. He believes everyone can be successful and everyone is blessed with unique quality.

Jay’s story is inspiration for lakhs of young engineers in India. We wish him all the success for his new project.
