India saw two days of political turnmoil before passage of women reservation bill. Rajya sabha was adjourned 9 times in 2 days and finally suspension of 7 members who behaved as if they were local jobless people paid to distrupt rajya sabha. Bill was then debated and finally passed.

While opinion where divided with majority of India supporting the bill , there were sizeable number of Indian citizens who opposed the bill. Those who are against the bill are again in three categories . First one support more representation of women but are against reservation , second one want quota within the quota while minor category is of those who oppose women empowerment itself!!!!!!!!!

While as far as this bill is concerned , procedure were followed. Bil was formed on basis of recommendation of committee , then it was tabled , debated and then voted. But there is another hidden reservation which is in practise in state assembly , loksabha . This hidden reservation doesnot have official bill , voting or debate. May be it was not needed and was accepted as unwritten law.

The name of this reservation is POLITICIAN FAMILY BILL. Under this unofficial bill seats are reserved by party for benefit of offsprings of their leaders. Rahul gandhi , varun gandhi , sachin pilot , supriya shule , scindhiya , uddav thackeray and even raj have entered public forum, politics and to parliament /state assembly using this POLITICIAN FAMILY BILL.

Percentage of reserved seat under this is not fixed but is likely to reach 40% in another 50 years and this bill doesnot need debate and neither there would be any opposition for the same.
