Consider this. Relatives of a patient attack doctors in some hospital (MDM Medical College). Doctors strike back and police is called to intervene .Police resorts to lathi charge and in turn sixty doctors/students get injured. After effect?. Doctors of Rajasthan go on strike paralyzing medical services. Jodhpur is worst hit in the strike and whopping 3500 residential doctors are said to be on strike.

Doctors are demanding that police personnels involved in lathi charge must be suspended and they want meeting with rajasthan home minister for the issue. The strike has not been over three days and the tussle between police and doctors is coming at high price.

Since the strike according to media reports 31 people have died since no doctor was available to serve them. Thirty One humans lives have been lost. Lives which were invaluable , lives which had zeal to live and lives which were cut short because doctors forgot their oath and want to get their ego satisfied first. Their honor is more than cost of human lives and they are holding state government at ransom .’Meet our demand or else see people getting killed’. We have heard such direct/indirect threats . We have heard such threats by kidnappers or naxals or taliban or laskhar ae toybas or extremists but seeing people die because doctors wont serve them is not what we expect from someone who is well educated doctor.

Don’t doctors have right to protest against something which they think is injustice?. Don’t doctors have right to protest for defending their self respect and honor?. Obviously they do have right to protest. Doctors have every right to launch a complain against injustice and also sit for dharna if need arises but are doctors justified in putting at stake lives of innocent people?. What is their fault? What have they done wrong?. Why should a father loose his son or son loose his father,
wife loose her husband or husband loose his wife and children loose their parents or brother loose their sister because police lathi charged on doctors over some incident which took place in hospital?

I am all for right to protest but doctors who protest at cost of lives of people need to be condemned. They can find better way of protesting than getting innocents killed. While doctors are demanding that police personnel be suspended because 60 doctors and students got injured , what should an ordinary citizen of India demand from government as thirty one people have got killed?. Shouldn’t these doctors booked for criminal offense and charge of murder?. They didnt kill these people but surely did facilitate in patients getting killed.

As doctor’s strike saga is unfolding with government requesting “with folded hands” and threatening doctors at same time , I am worried that more people would die till the strike gets over.

As concerned citizen of India , I appeal to parliament of India to have strict laws against strikes as far as something that deals with human lives in concerned.As this hub is being written we already have bharat bandh called by trade unions. We have seen so many bandh called by one or other body that it won’t be wrong to say that India is nation of festivals and bandhs. Still India is second fastest moving economy in the world and that is itself an big achievement because strikes,bandhs and holidays have been deeply rooted in our workforce.

Coming back to doctor’s strikes,I appeal to parliament of India that any strike which can be threat to human life directly or indirectly must be barred . To safe guards interest of doctors/nurses and other such services parliament can provide alternate ways with strict deadline orientation. For e.g. grievance section where such service people can file a complain and it has to be dealt within seven days.

Yes we do have essential service act but it needs to be invoked.Instead of that we should pass a law stating strikes which deals with humans life would be illegal and all grudges,grievances would be dealt using alternate ways.

I support doctor’s quest for justice but at same time I condemn doctor’s negligence towards their duty.I wish families who lost their kin,all the strength they need to recover from this worst phase of life.

Dear prime minister first of all I would like to congratulate of your thinking of reducing the average age of cabinet . It is decision in right path and must be appreciated.

Now coming to your comment on supreme court decision which too looks logical about how can free food grains be distributed to 37% of Indians which are estimated to live below poverty line?. That is quiet a valid point.

Now coming to supreme court directive , first of all it is sorry state when such a situation arises at first place that apex body of judiciary must get involved in something which is about administration. Seeing such a huge amount of food grain getting rotten ,it is quite logical that supreme court says that food should be distributed to poors for free. Normal mode has been throwing rotten foods into sea!!!!!!!!!!!. Atleast some out of 37% would get meal for few days or months .Isn’t it?

So instead of questioning supreme court or asking them to not interfere in policy making why not ask the concerned department about why is food getting wasted at first place?. This is not first time that food grains are getting wasted and sadly this is not going to be last time either.

Ironically India Today had special report on this in 2008 and according to report whooping 40% gets wasted in distribution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. So why is your government not doing anything about it and in case your government is doing something about it why there seems to be no improvement seen in the situation?

Ideally supreme court has role in for seeing judiciary and providing justice but don’t you think ,when so many in the country sleep without two time meals in India , it is gross injustice that food grains in such a huge amount gets wasted?. Isn’t it crime to do so?. If yes why we dont see action against anyone in this?. When would we see action against lack of performance in government?

Sir , you are a scholar who is well respected by majority in India and held in high esteem all across the globe. You yourself is inspiration story and have seen life of a commoner. I understand that 37% can’t be provided with free food grain but dont we need to see that minimum gets wasted and proper care is taken by FCI and agriculture ministry?

I hope sir that atleast a person who is morally upright , intellectual and scholar like you would surely do something about this at earliest.

Today My client called me at four p.m. to reschedule our meeting from 6 p.m. to 5 p.m. I confirmed the rescheduling and left my office at 4.30 pm. While I was driving through the traffic ,I saw a hoarding which picture of narendra modi. It read -’Kesari ae to tirango no aangh ,congress kaahe ae atankvaad no rang’ which means ’saffron is part of national flag,while congress calls it color of terrorism’.

As soon as chidambaram spoke those two words , BJP went on offensive. Generally two words found most offensive start dont start with s and t but these ones did. ‘Saffron Terror’. Considering how seasoned chidambaram is ,both in politics as well as in his law profession , he knew what he was speaking about and he knew what this words would directly,indirectly mean.

BJP , on other hand has right to attack because saffron is not just color of extremist outfits but also color of BJP flag (which has green too),RSS too and as that hoarding rightly said color present in our national flag too.

Saffron is not just limited to above three ,it is part of Indian culture. It is in flags of temple , it is color of sacrifice and it is color cherished by India since centuries. But did BJP get offended because of that?.Did chidambaram meant that when he occured those two words?

Answer in No. Chidambaram was not targeting general Indian masses .He was targeting fanatics in Hindus. Now if you ask any muslim about jihad and jihadi?. They would immediately react that jihad is part of Islam and obligatory on muslims but these so called jihadis are not part of Islam. Islam can do no harm to innocent is common belief shared by muslims all across the world which is perfectly understandable but it remains a fact that fanatics in muslims are cause of concerns for even muslim dominated countries like pakistan , afghanistan, Iraq , Sudan ,Somalia . According to those fanatics their version of Islam is true Islam and rest followers or believers have corrupted true belief system.

As muslims are usually in denial about these jihadi , Hindus are more or less equally in denial with possibility of fanatics in Hinduism. True Hinduism does not have single book which can be used for mis interpretation. True Hinduism believes that there are many ways to god . True Hinduism does not belief in conversion and Hinduism does not have strong belief in heaven and prefer moksha above heaven. A soul harming any innocent would get re birth and would be stuck in end less cycle of births is what Hinduism believes in but still that didn’t stop bombs getting exploded in places where investigation is leading towards fanatics among Hindus. It didn’t stop girls getting bashed outside manglore pub .

When we need to view fanatic , we need to look at larger view. We need to look humans beings as plain human beings not tagged as Hindus,Muslims ,Christians or other religious units…When we talk about Muslims or Hindus or Christians we aren’t talking about individuals but groups.Groups which are crores and fanaticm being human phenomena ,the bug can bite any one and fanaticm is based on ideology not religion only. Ideology that ‘my way is the only way, rest have to fall in line or perish’. Naxals are fanatics too though they don’t believe in any religion. Taliban are fanatics too , though they believe is radical Islam . Christianity has had its share of fanaticm and crusader is perfect example of that.

As human being we must nurture our coming generation in environment where co existence of various faith can exist together. We often blame pakistan but forget what pakistan is right now going through. All eminent scholars , media personnels and liberal of pakistan agree that pakistan is paying price of inducing extremism in their country , twenty years back.

If we dont learn from our neighbours , we too are heading their way.(by we I mean Indians which includes every person living in India irrespective of faith he/she follows). So chidambaram’s point must not get lost in color controversy. It does have important message in it.

Now coming back to color which chidambaram mentioned. Well he made sure his comments serves the purpose . Saffron terror can work for congress in getting votes from minority and liberals while saffron can very well mean bjp,rss instead of purohit and pragyas..It is like hitting two birds with one stone.

But if chidambaram can hit stone , narendra modi has always been successful in catching same stone and hitting it back. The hoarding says it all. Narendra Modi ,irrespective of extreme emotions he generates ,if one views him with prejudice , he is master is using any situation to best of his advantage. The more congress tries to gain political mileage by nailing right wing ,the more powerful modi would become in gujarat.

Modi and congress actually work to each others advantage. Being popular among their respective voters who fear/hate/worry about each other and it works. Saffron terror or Jihadi ..It works but amidst war of words , amidst emotions attached to saffron , we must not forget larger context and perceptive. India is liberal democracy and only thing which we need in India is implementing constitution in letter and spirit. Nailing fanatic muslims , fanatic sikhs , fanatic hindus and every person who can be threat to right of belief , freedom of expression and constitution of India.-Jai Hind

Sonia Gandhi , bharat ki bahu , the widower of rajiv gandhi , the daughter in law of Indira gandhi , the savior of congress , the mother of rahul gandhi , the chairperson of upa and most importantly ,the high command of congress. Sonia gandhi has created new records though officially it would be announced today. The record is about becoming chief of congress for fourth successive time. She did beat , guess who?. Yes she did best her mother in law ,Indira gandhi and charismatic jawaharlal nehru to create new record.

To be fair with sonia gandhi , she revived the congress and congress has really prospered while sonia gandhi has been in control. Wining back to back elections is testimony of the same. After all in democracy elections are barometer of whom people support and people of India have chosen congress and its allies twice now.

Another ten years would mark the century of nehru-gandhi family in Indian politics. Congress must celebrate this like godrej’s 100 yeas in business or tatas or birlas. Coming to hundred years , well there is no doubt that this family has had its contribution in building India . Be it be nehru who build foundation of institutions and industrial foundations , developing vision of India and laying foundation of secularism or be it be Indira gandhi who is still considered to be best prime minister that India had till date or be it be rajiv gandhi ,whose zeal of taking India into 21st century paved way for modern India. This family has had immense contribution towards development and evolution of modern India and none can discard that.

Having said that if we have to give credit to singular family for various steps they took for making India what it is , in same way what ever negative aspects we see in India today ,blame must also go to this family. It cannot be blame it on others system which unfortunately congress has formed an habit since times of Indira when credit always goes to gandhi family and blame is either collective responsibility or right wing.

What ever we face today be it be highly corrupted system or naxals or kashmir or terrorism , since nehru-gandhi family in name of congress ruled since 63 years barring a period of gujrals,chandrashekars , vp singhs , deve gowdas and atal bihari vajpayee , the state of country is directly in proportional to actions taken by this family.

As congress prepared for formality of electing its president ,BJP took a dig on congress asking sonia gandhi to sacrifice her post and give some one else a chance. Congress hit back and jayanti natrajan in debate on cnn-ibn stated that since sonia has delivered ,she should remain president of congress. On periphery it looks simple. Whom congress party decides to make their president is non of bjp’s business and as sonia’s performance has been good ,it seems fair but on larger issue there is a problem. Because of this one family dedication , we see so many small parties having emerged. The regional parties could grow because this one family needed to be protected and no strong regional ambitious leader could be allowed to grow unless high command feels secured about it!!!!!!!!!. Congress being oldest in the country ,it also is standard . So this one family loyality bug has hit other parties too barring communist and BJP. We have abdullah ,saeeds in kashmir , mulayam,akhilesh in sp , baltackeray-uddav in shiv sena , karuna nidhi-stalin in dmk , sharad pawar-supriya in ncp and so on.

When rajdeep sardesai said that 200 families are controlling Indian politics ,he was dead right and we are slowly getting back to pre british days when 500-700 families controlled India . They were called kings while sonia gandhi is called president of congress , mulayam is called netaji and so on. Tags have changed but system is slowly getting back to king-queen thing, unfortunately.

Ironically Jawahar Lal nehru was prime opposer of family based business in politics and little did he know that congress = Sonia Gandhi + Rahul Gandhi + Rajiv Gandhi + Indira Gandhi + Nehru + Motilal Nehru.

Anyways till congress wins election ,they have a point that people dont mind one family thing and so all is well..

Sharad pawar is busy man these days. It is understandable since he has big big job to perform. Job is seeing through the latest storm in world of cricket.Our dear neighbours suffering from worst ever flood ,have suffered in hands of whom they trusted and idolized and that is their cricketers. Now sharad pawar needs to see that all ends well for world of cricket and how quickly people forget and get back to their tv rooms or stadium to see matches.

In such an important and hectic situation ,Mr pawar got another thing to do too. Supreme court of India ordered Mr pawar and his ministry to distribute food grains which are getting rotten to desperate and poor of India. Court had directed agriculture ministry about the same 19 days back but our dear minister and his ministry got confused. They thought supreme court is just adding on wish list of what should be done. Now such wish lists are many since last 63 years. Wish list of various committees ,wish list of aam aadmis , wish list of founding fathers of nation , wish list of how things can be and should be, so Mr pawar didnt take supreme court seriously and might have added the order as another wish list file which needs to be forgotten.

Supreme court yesterday slammed agriculture ministry stating that it is order and not suggestion. So finally pawar promised to act on thing which he priorly claimed to be impossible act.

India is land of highest number of poors in the world. Many starve and officially 30% leave below poverty line. These poors have dream of a day when they would have two time food to eat. Now here comes shocker..According to investigation done by leading new agency , every month food that can serve 4 crore people is getting rotten. Four crore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Punjab is the state which contributes most in terms of volumes as far as food grains is concerned. It supplies whooping sixty percent of total food grain to India . Punjab government’s chief role is procuring the food grain and handing it over to Food corporation of India (FCI) and from then onwards FCI takes over. How to store the grain bags , how to arrange for supplies and how to safeguard them is chief responsibility of FCI. So punjab government is not totally wrong when it blames center but since center is busy in some important issues like cricket , nailing narendra modi , nailing vedanta and giving credit to rahul gandhi , making sure that mamta ,pawar,karuna nidhi remains happy , punjab government cannot simply pass the buck. If center is not doing anything as punjab government claims , isn’t it right for punjab government to approach other governments and offer them to buy instead of selling to FCI. May be that is not allowed right now but if that it the case , if can surely be brought in parliament and debated.

In the end Mr pawar doesnot need to worry about his meals but when crores are in need it is crime to let these food grains get rotten instead of distributing it.

I am glad that supreme court intervened. Our ministers be it be from center or state do need new bosses to do their job and if court has to be that boss , so be it.

Ricky pointing yesterday said in radio interview that he was shocked. Known as punter himself , he felt that allegation on pakistani team should be investigated to get to the root and he also suspected that it is culture of subcontinent. View which watson too subscribed too in more polite manner. Anil Kumble slammed this stating that it happened in west Indies , southafrica and even Australia . So it is global issue but not culture issue.

Anil has right to say what he said. For player who has played more than 17-18 years in upright way , he has right to slam anything like this but this culture thing needs little elaboration and should be taken in holistic view than just cricket.

When Jinnah came up with two nation theory ,he made up his case citing festivals,aspirations , role model , heros and such things. He argued that heros for Muslims are villains for Hindus and vice versa. He argued that there has always been two nations existing in India.

Jinnah had his way and pakistan was born. By definition word pakistan means ‘land of pure’. So land of pure was born with dream of providing land to subcontinent muslims.

Was pakistan dream bought by all muslims of subcontinent. Answer in no. Many stayed back in India while many moved to pakistan to live their life as per dream in which they were enrolled.

Now as 63 years have passed ,if we look back at all these years , amidst war between India and pakistan , issues like kashmir and terrorism , there are many things which are common in India and Pakistan,Bangladesh.

The number one thing which is common in all three is high level of corruption. Out of 163 countries surveyed , Bangladesh comes is 155 ranked , Pakistan is 134 ranked. India managed to improve its position and is now ranked 84th. So there are 83 more countries in the world which are less corrupted than India but that also means that India is highly corrupted.

Another thing common in Bangladesh , India and Pakistan is governance. While Pakistan and Bangladesh being small countries have often been bullied by army ,India has had democracy barring brief period of emergency . Still highlight of governance in all three countries is lack of accountability , divide and rule , fear based politics.

Since India is home to all religions , division in name of religion is easy. India being home of Hinduism , caste based politics is also easy and what caste,religion can’t do region can obviously do. When all fails , Pakistan’s name is good enough to get the job done.

Pakistan on other hand has 96% Muslims so religion based politics is not lucrative. But region based is. Taking hardline stand and blaming raw,mossad,cia aiming at only Muslim nuclear equipped country comes handy. Similar is story of Bangladesh.

Governance uses tool of corruption ,right from filling personal bank accounts to wooing voters.

When Jinnah called Muslims and Hindus as two different nation ,what he forgot was culture and common heritage. While all three countries share rich heritage and ancient civilizations , in same way it shares minus of that and one of the big minus point is corruption. In great history of Indian subcontinent , cases of betrayal,bribes in form of cash or post too makes its presence felt.We have role models of Ram ,harishchandra in India a stats says it all. Corruption has really become part of subcontinent lives and no matter how much we call ourselves different , we are more same than we think we are. We may call ourselves hindus or muslims but what binds us is common problem.

As scotland yard continues its investigation , it is time to look within and ask ourselves ‘do we have culture of corruption?’. The place which produced bhagat singh , chandrshekar azad , tilak , subash , even non corrupted jinnah and mahatma gandhi , the same place has deep rooted corruption in the sytem , in one’s life.

Few days ago I read a well written wonderful blog post on dawn. It was on current balling attack of Pakistan and author rated them as world’s best bowling attack of recent times. As cricket fan ,I could not stop myself commenting on that blog. I am big fan of Mohammad Asif , Mohammad Amir , ajmal . Add gul and akhtar when in form to that attack and they can demolished any strong batting line up. They can make shewag , tendulkar , pointing , kallis , peterson look like fighting for life and they can tame any great batsman on their day.

Pakistan has had typical characteristic when it comes to playing cricket. They are unpredictable , they can win against mighty aussies or southafrica or in form Indians while they can get defeated against minnows . What they would come up with is what even wikileaks can’t leak!!!!!!!!!!!. Only thing which any team playing against pakistan can be sure of is that Pakistan cannot be taken lightly.

Yesterday as I woke up , my dad informed me about pakistan cricket team coming under scanner for match fixing . As I switched on the television , it was all over the channels. Considering cricket being as important as budget or even more , for Indians , news channel were competing among themselves to show the video footage , calling experts to get their views.

It was sad to see name of amir , riaz , amin making round in thing like match fixing. Amir is one of best things to happen to cricket in recent times. He had bowled in australia , england and really performed well. The match in which he has been accused of bowling pre decided no ball , amir took six wickets and teared england top order apart. In same match he is being alleged of balling no ball by taking money to suit booker’s business.

Ofcourse what he is being accused of or asif is being accused of didn’t change the match scenario but how can one draw the line?. If allegations are true , how can one be sure that these people wont take money for loosing entire match?

What saddens me is not just cricket match fixing allegation. Cricket would survive and cricket lovers are far more forgiving lot. Azhar who was banned for life for match fixing ,now is member of parliament , cronje is one of most popular man in southafrica even after his death , shane warne is all time great while mark waugh too is remembered for his catches and batting than his infamous fixing thing ,jadeja is seen commenting on matches in prestigious channel . So these things are often forgotten and forgiven and game goes on.

What saddens me is holistic view. Pakistan is on cross roads in history. It is facing worst situation since its independence. It can be said to be worst situation than 1971 war. It is fighting war against own creation called taliban and extremist. It is having floods which has effected large population , its democracy is seeing revival after long time . Amidst this if pakistan could have got good news in any form , it would have been from cricket considering how much they love cricket. Ofcourse it wont have solved any of practical problems but it would have been something to cheer about.

Asif or butt or amir are not zardaris or gilanis or sharifs or khayanis. They cannot fix problems of pakistan but they can atleast play their game without fixing it. They can atleast bring smiles to country in crisis. They are role models for pakistanis and they can provide great examples of strong characters. At least they can do that. Isn’t it?

Call it plain irony . Pakistan faced worst floods since last 80 years and one of worst crisis since its independence. What geography could not do , what common history could not do , what similar culture could not do ,nature did. India humbly requested pakistan to accept aid from it which pakistan rightly did. The most unpopular country in pakistan ,that is USA was first to reach pakistan for assistance through nwfp border and usa collected around $200 million aid for pakistan. USA also sent its aid chief who co incidentally happens to be Indian-American , Mr Rajiv Shah!!!!!!!!!.

Mr rajiv shah’s pakistan calling was not spared from controversies. Rajiv shah reportely was threatened by extremist not because he has Indian link but because extremist have threatened all foreigners who came to assist pakistan in these terrible times!!!!!!!!. But what sparked controversy is Rajiv shah’s visit to a relief camp. Soon after his visit lashkar-e-taiba urf jamaat ud dawa claimed to dawn’s reporter that the camp is being run by them and so usa indirectly endorsed their activities!!!!!!!!

Rajiv shah and usa’s embassy in pakistan soon denied the claims and counter claimed that the camp was run by non other than united nations.

Lashkar e taiba’s camps are not new . They run terror camps 24 hours a day , 365 days an year but they also run relief camps during floods , earth quakes , run schools , assist poors and such stuffs. They love to run terror camps to kill Indians and run relief camps for branding in Pakistan. It works for them since they continue getting money as charitable trust , gain sympathy among people of Pakistan whom they serve and this helps them in running their killing system.

I dont have objection of lashkar e taiba having relief camps. If they get involved in charity activities for ever , I would be more than happy but running relief camps for needy and using guns to kill innocents at same time is something which doesnot make sense. But with extremist viewing world in narrow prism of we v/s they , human race is again not one unit.

As pakistan battles this calamity let us wish them well and hope lashkar expands its horizon and sheds its narrow view of world..

Shiv sena and BJP created uproar in rajyasabha yesterday reacting to comments by union home minister , Mr P Chidambaram. During police chief’s meet chidambaram had mentioned phenomena called ’saffron terror’. Shiv sena and BJP both objected to the word. While arun jaitley said that India has faced terrorism in punjab , kashmir and recently by maoist , never before government has linked it with religion or community. Paswan on other hand with his eyes of Bihar election and with goal of fooling Muslims again asked for banning vhp ,Rss and bajrang dal.

Considering shiv sena , bjp who count of hindutva card , congress which counts of secularism card and paswan who counts of Muslim and dalit card ,all four made sure that their respective votes banks remain intact!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember chidambaram in an interview to rajdeep sardesai had mentioned about ‘jihadis’ during 26/11 anniversary . His use of term ‘jihadi’ didnt go well with many Muslims which is understandable. One of them wrote letter to chidambaram and chidambaram apologized for using the term. To be fair with chidambaram his use of word ‘jihadi’ was not to hurt entire Muslim community. For those who are not Muslim this word is often associated with some one blowing himself/herself up in Pakistan or Afghanistan or Iraq, some one killing innocents in Somalia or bali or some one implanting bomb in newyork time square. People using jihad word are found all across the globe and are often associated with terrorism. So how would non Muslim regard this word?. To be fair with Muslims in population of billions even lakhs involving in terrorism does not represent rest billions of Muslims.

Coming to saffron terror , well 80 crore hindus cannot be linked with blast in mecca mashjid or similar blast. The same logic applicable to muslims works in this case too.How can home minister call some groups associated with terrorism as ’saffron terror’?.

Now looking into larger issue beyond tags of Muslims , Hindus , Sikhs or Christians. Larger issue is fanaticism. Ideology which believes that its way is only way. Most over religious person do adhere to this ideology. It does not create problem as long as it is not imposed on others but when imposition begins there lies the problem. Be it be Muslim fanatic believing that Islam should be imposed on all 700 crore people in the world or Hindu sanskruti custodian who bashes those who celebrate 14th feb. Both are similar in their thinking pattern and action. These are problems . Religion is personal matter and none would care what others worship or believe as long as one is allowed to live life as per one’s belief. That is how civilized society must function.

Middle ages when religion was used to have political gains have passed.unfortunately few have still remain frozen in times but positivity in the end would win over negative forces and the people belonging from various religion would have to take stand against fanatics . Let us stop tagging terrorism and deal it with firm resolve. Let us stop using religion for votes and maintain rule of law. Let us implement constitution in letter and spirit. Let us have only two communities , one which is tolerant and other which is fanatic ,needed to be crushed using law.

We all were counting match to be in typical dharmendra style -’mein tera khoon pijaayunga , aa raha houn mein’ but it didnt go that way. srilanka nailed India in that match and Indian media called dharmsena as dhitrashtra.

Yesterday’s match India’s famous batting line up was expected to fire. It was pitched against bowling line up of kiwis which had humiliated Indians by bowling them out cheaply. It was karo ya maro match and pushed against wall , in typical Indian way , we expected them to fire but they didnt. Dinesh karthik looked like hockey player who was asked to bat. He tried to connect to ball as if his team mate had made the pass to him.Rohit sharma has mistaken cricket to be one ball game and tries to hit the ball with word go, yuvraj has lost his touch and is finding difficulty in hitting ball much like he is finding difficulty is dating girls ,these days. Raina who made great debut in test too failed. The cool skipper did hanged in fortunately but it was one man show. Shewag who made bowling pitch and good attack look ordinary and India some how managed to post total of 220 plus.

By the time Indian innings got over , it looked like one of those series which should be forgotten. The super stars of IPL , the mega stars of ad world and great batting unit on paper looked ordinary and since India lacked zaheer , harbhajan , match looked heading for kiwi’s victory. Such has been India’s bowling performance that even bowler like srishanth is missed!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Fortunately dhoni went for 4 seamers and all four delivered. Pravin is deadly bowler in pitches which supports swing bowling , munaf is like kid who refuses to grow but at times he does deliver and yesterday was one such day, nehra has been bowling well since his come back and Ishant too did the trick. India won and made it into finals.

While winning does help it also puts same questions again and again. Why can’t India give professional performance?. Why do we need inconsistency and high drama quiet often?. Why do we need situation where we have to win to make into finals?. Questions which would be needed to be answered before world cup. I hope we do sort this out.
