Dalit Ki Beti & 200 Crores

Caste is worst thing that might have happened to India. Not part of original religion , it was later introduced ,which gave advantage to set class of people to exploit larger section of society in name of upper-lower caste system.

Still caste is major issue in many parts of India and progressive states too have not been able to give up this social evil till date.

The people belonging to imaginary lower caste had to suffer for thousands of years . They remained deprived of education , social status and dignity of life.

Dr Ambedkar , did make a provision for upliftment of caste by providing a reservation to the schedule castes and tribes.  We have already written on how reservation has failed to serve objective and how it can actually serve the purpose in previous post and so we wont get into this details.

Coming back to main point. Caste like minority has since independence become tool of getting votes for many politicians.

Dividing people in muslim,hindu,dalit,brahmin has always been easy in India and how to use this divide to best of their advantage is what make politicians expert in their field.

BSP-Bahujan Samaj Party was formed 25 years back which was seen as party representing OBC, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes.

25 years after BSP is strong party ruling in most populous state of India.BSP’s chief is mayawati who addresses herself to be dalit ki beti.

BSP is accused of spending 200 crores for celebrating its anniversary.BSP always came under critisim for its ambedakar gardens for which 2000 crores were spent. Now all these money comes from people’s pocket.

Today Mayawati slammed congress and accused it of being anti dalit and not being able to digest that Dalit ki beti is at the helm of affairs of India’s  most populous state.

Now lets not get into congress in this post. Let’s talk about dalit ki beti, mayawati. Mayawati’s rise has been phenomenal. From being a school teacher to becoming chief minister of uttar pradesh , mayawati has come a long way. This dalit ki beti is worth crores and cbi inquiry is being conducted against her.

Mayawati been accused of ordering her BSP’s MPs to contribute their discretion-funds and MPLADS funds to the party-fund illegally In 2007-08 assessment year, Mayawati paid more income tax than industrialist and Forbes-listed Mukesh Ambani

Now where does the dalits stand today?. Well a minority of them who did get benefit of reservation and continued getting its benefits for their generations are well off. But the majority of dalits are still , where they were!!!!!!!!!
