When India got independent from Britishers , what Britishers left behind was India which had 500 kingdoms in it . This is minus pakistan. It took lot of efforts by sardar patel to make that 500 kingdoms into one nation!!!!!! What was purpose of that?. Purpose was having one country with democracy . Democracy where common people would elect their own representatives. Representatives mean the people who represent . The people who have been elected by common larger lot of people. Lata Mangeshkar turned 82 today. What can I say about her?. Lots and lots have already been written about lalaji and I dont think it is possible to write anything more about it. I can only state what her songs have meant for me. I can just convey my emotions , my experience , my relation with her songs and I am thinking of narrating that in this post.
