Adarsh scam is one of the most shameful scams of India. The alleged land for families of kargil martyrs was alloted to make residential building and flats where alloted to ex military personnels as well as relative of politicians!!!!!!!!!

The scam made headlines and aam aadmi who already had enough with 2g scam , inflation , was shocked to read about scam like adarsh.

Ashok Chavan resigned under pressure and judicial inquiry was set. Now as inquiry is under way , what nation is seeing is triangular series between three strong man of maharashtra congress namely sushil kumar shinde , vilasrao deshmukh and ashok chavan.

After chaara scam , it might be one of few scams where three ex chief ministers had been called upon for inquiry.

As expected shinde passed the buck to vilasrao deshmukh who in turned passed the buck on ashok chavan and ashok chavan paased buck back to vilasrao deshmukh.

So it is passing the parcel game between three of congress senior leaders of maharashtra!!!!!!!…As now it is common perception that grand old party is most corrupted party in India and politician word is synonyms of power,corruption,indifference to nation . Amidst this perception we see three ex chief ministers passing the buck to safeguard themselves.

Union Minister of Power Sushil Kumar Shinde on 25th June 2012 told a judicial panel the decision to allot government land and grant of additional Floor Space Index to the housing society was taken during the tenure of Vilasrao Deshmukh as the chief minister of Maharashtra. “The decision to allot the land in question to Adarsh society was taken prior to my taking over as Chief Minister. The Letter of Intent (LOI) was issued in favour of Adarsh on the morning of January 18, 2003 when Vilasrao Deshmukh was the Chief Minister. It was not issued under my instructions and it was never brought to my notice,” Shinde told the judicial panel.

Vilasrao deshmukh said that ashok chauhan who was revenue minister at that time had recommended of clearing the file while ashok deshmukh said that the allotment of land in Mumbai city is governed by the Government Resolution of 1999 and Directions from the Chief Minister’s Office, both of which clearly state that for allotment of land in Mumbai city, the approval has to come from the CM.

In this merry go round between three allegedly corrupted congress men , nation waits for justice.
