Forget Advani , Mr Tewari , Control Inflation and Corruption

Arrogance and Power go hand in hand for many people. Power brings arrogance and arrogance brings downfall!!!!!!!. Spokes person of congress mr manish tewari seems to have gotten arrogant owing to back to back victory of dr manmohan singh.

Manish tewari slammed advani. advani on his blog where advani blammed nehru for kashmir issue , blamed congress for not consolidating India’s position after 1971 war, felt sorry for great country like India , where oldest party is more or less family buisness.

Manish tewari called advani as being frustratred and argued that congress has ruled for most years after independence because people have voted for them. Indira gandhi , Rajiv gandhi became prime minister because people voted for them and sonia gandhi manages to win elections for congress.

Manish tewari is right. People of India vote for congress and it is because of that nehru family keeps churning out prime ministers of India. Congress cannot function without nehru-gandhi parivar and congress has no alternative than gandhi parivaar to keep functioning smoothly.

It is unfortunate that in nation of billion people , time and againd we have gandhi parivar prime minister or their nominated prime minister. But we can’t blame gandhi parivaar for that. There has not been single better alternative than congress . BJP is not serious competition as of now. It was during atal bihari vajpayee era but currently it lacks leader which can pose challenge to congress. Narendra Modi is popular in gujarat but to win elections in center , one must be non polarizing figure.

But that doesnot mean that congress is people’s choice. It is lack of alternative that causes congress to win , time and again. As manish tewari said , congress ruled for most of times . We did progress but at same time our corruption levels went high. We are in state of bharat v/s India now and poverty is acute problem. If Manish tewari wants to take credit for growth , well blame of miseries of India also falls on congress and in same way major problems of India can be blamed on nehru-gandhi parivaar including jammu and kashmir handling by Nehru.

Congress spokes person has irritating habit of comparing itself with NDA and trying to show how better they are. Now if people of India wanted NDA , wont they have voted for them?. UPA is in power and Mr Manish tewari and congress people must focus on controlling inflation and curbing corruption rather than focusing on advani!!!!!!!

Prices of milk , vegetable , petrol , cooking gas are so high that a person earning 10k Rs every month is barely meeting its end. I wonder how would a daily wages person survive?. Can he makes sure that his kid gets milk every day?. What is Mr Manish tewari doing about it?. Yes congress ruled for most of times , so does he want to take credit about price rise too??.

What about corruption?. At some places even for filing FIR , one needs to give chai pani to constable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. How is common man expected to believe in growth story then?.

I suggest Mr Manish tewari to forget about advani and BJP. They should rather focus on correcting their wrongs than pointing fingures on RSS,BJP,LEFT and others.Isn’t it?

Indian History

History is always difficult to be judged. Impacts of events can be debated but what about events which could not occur because of deaths of key players?. For e.g. aurangzeb is infamous of his extreme religion ideology which is said to be one of key era in Indian history. Dara who was more secular was chosen to be king but aurangzeb made sure that he became the king and rest as they say is history. What if dara would have succeeded in becoming the king?. How would things be then?. It is If and but question…

Yesterday I was reading outlook magazine which had article of congress attempt to write history of Indira gandhi era. Party which has living gods in form of gandhi parivar , can’t be expected to critize or even highlight flaws in member of gandhi parivar , especially Icon like Indira gandhi. Congress  for a change seems to have done that by looking into Indira Gandhi , her insecurities and her impact of making congress weak in states , especially uttar pradesh.

Congress still manages to win elections but is not as powerful as it used to be in many states , especially northern states like up, bihar. Indira gandhi is considered to be most powerful prime minister by majority of Indians but system of corruption , system of dynasty and loyality to gandhi parivar got established as virtue during her era only!!!!!!!!!.

According to leading historian , Mr Ram guha , Indira gandhi was planning to settle down in london but unfortunate death of Lal bahdur shashtri made her stay back. What if shashtriji would have survived?

Coming to her dad , what is subhash chandra bose would have survived air crash and come back to India. He was highly popular , selfless and great leader. Would nehru have had still managed to hold his ground?. It is again matter of If and but. Similarly what if bhagat singh wont have become martyr so early in his life?.

Another If and but is death of sanjay gandhi. Rajiv never planned to be in politics. What if sanjay wont have died in ill fate crash?. Again what if , rajiv gandhi would have survived and living today?.

India has had a long history and there are many such if and buts which has had its impact of its citizen. Decision of few has had huge impact of billion plus population and unfortunate death of few has resulted in India taking path which might not have been the case if particular deaths wont have occured. Isn’t it?

Digvijay Singh, the man who makes most noises in congress was in news again and this time he was in news for Rahul Baba . According to digvijay singh , Rahul Gandhi is ready to become prime minister of India!!!!!!!!!.

Digvijay singh loves to be in news. Be it be his visit to azamgarh or his claims of talking to hemant karkare or his calling bin laden as Osamaji or his verbal assault on Baba Ramdev or his latest dhamki to anna hazare, digvijay singh in his quest of remaining relevant , often finds himself making statements which become talk of town in media city!!!!!!!

Coming back to his rahul baba’s is ready comment , well he didnt make comment seeing salman khan’s ready but he made his comments as being one of guru of shri rahul gandhi.

Now if you are born in India , you know that gandhi parivar is destined to have one prime minister from its family. As saying goes ‘ragu kul reet sada chali aayi ‘ in same ways saying goes ‘nehru-gandhi rit sada chali aayi , primeminister ki kurshi,yeh parivaar ki hai bhai’. Continuing on that legacy it is now whether Rahul gandhi would become prime minister , it is when he would become prime minister!!!!!!!!!

But is rahul ready to be prime minister, well may be he is as far as willingness goes but what does ground reality show?. Rahul gandhi is merely general secretary of congress. His election campaigns in uttar pradesh, bihar , kerala have failed miserably. He is still to take any official post . He lacks obvious experience and his touring of India did earn him brownie points but is that good enough?.

I have been supporter of Rahul Gandhi’s quest of knowing INDIA, his desire to make congress strong at grass root levels. I could see him making efforts in that direction and knowing well that he needs to do nothing to earn his kurshi and still making efforts is something which I like about him but I personally dont think he should become primeminister any time soon.

He must continue his work in congress and he must continue gaining experience of bharat and India. Nehru-Gandhi tag is powerful tag and Rahul is lucky to have that tag. He can seriously contribute to nation and becoming prime minister is not necessary to do so.

Coming to Mr Digvijay Singh , well I can give him only one advise , he should start eating center fresh (Zubaan Pe Lagaam Lagade)…

India-Pakistan Bhai Bhai , Atleast on providing safety to women

Optimistic always sees positive side of the story while pessimistic can see negative side even in success story but realistic are one who know the negative side and understand how it can be nullified while being focused on positive side.

Nation it seems is grossly divided between optimistic and pessimistic. People like arundati roy see poverty while comfortably ignore rising middle class levels , while people in government want to see only 9% growth of India while dont want to talk about thorny issues. Truth as usual lies somewhere in between.

One of negative side of great Indian story is disappearing daughters and crimes against women , which is steadily on the rise in many part of India. Government has been trying its best with various schemes , ad programs to make sure that female foeticide is reduced . But despite various initiative , the female numbers in India remain pathetic.

A international independent survey has ranked India as being no 4 in terms of dangerous places for women in the world. A rank which country obsessed with rank wont be proud about. A rank which can worry even most optimistic person of India and rank which can become new essay for arundhati roy and her associates.

Question is not how we made it into the list but question is why we made it into the list. Perhaps answers lies in looking at 3rd ranked in the list and that is Pakistan. India and Pakistan share culture , food , common heritage and most importantly common ancestors . We have common collective consciousness which proves to be more vital than religion issue which divided the two country.Ironically  India , Pakistan are bhai bhai ,at least on providing safety to women. No matter how both hate each other to be placed in same list but now we find ourselves in same list and that too in hall of shame!!!!!!!!!!.

What made the great nation which boasts of mahan sanskruti become 4th most dangerous place in the world?. It seems to be mystery because at one end India is only place where goddess exist , while on other hand India is also a place where 2 million daughters were killed in the womb in 20 years!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such stats are not only responsibility of government but also of we the people . We need to alter how women are being treated in our country. We need to alter how feminine is being viewed by the nation. NGOs , government , educated class , all need to join hand to eradicate such shameful situation.

How?. We would be giving our inputs on how we think this can be achieved in other posts.

Kalam As PM, Kiran Bedi As HM -My Dream Cabinet

UPA-2 is busy dealing with one scams after another and managing public reactions by using various means like conceding demands of civil society , buying time , trying to defame them , using RSS card to keep liberals,leftist and minorities away.

People of India , especially the ubran class is fed up of scams and more scams and then more scams. The inherent feeling among masses is enough is enough. Many are clinical and resigned that anything can change. Alternative of congress doesnot seems to be too exciting considering they have had their own share of scams.

According to me , it is right time for brand new party with no nonsense attitude , zeal for good goverance and non corrupted individuals. According to me likes of abdul kalam , kiran bedi, narayan murthy must contest elections and take charge but entering parliament.

Here is my dream list of cabinet :

1) A P J Abdul Kalam As Prime minister of India With Science As Aditional Portfolio :

He tops the list of most trusted people of India. He is well respected man with innovative ideas and strong thought process about how to make India realize its destiny. He connects with people and has ability to take nation forward. I believe he would be ideal prime minister of India

2) Kiran Bedi As Home Minister of India :

Strong , morally upright , knows how police forces works and delivered is same corrupted system. She transformed tihar jail and now is supporting cause of anna hazare . She also owns website called safe India. She has strength , training and right thinking process to make ideal home minister.

3) B.V.Raman As Defense Minister :

He headed RAW and is defense expert right now. He knows much about defense systems , not just of India but also about our usual threats. His expertise and desire to overhaul our defense system to make it match other countries , makes me put him on this list

4) Narayan Murthy As HRD & IT Minister :

Who can suit this post most than Mr Narayan Murthy. Self Made man who made most of his money selling software services to foreign countries knows what kind of Human Resource future India and world would need.

5)Anna Hazare As Agriculture And Rural :

This is one of most important  portfolio. No matter how much urbanization we see today , Indian majority still stays in rural area and large number of population is dependent on agriculture. Anna Hazare has transformed his village and his innovative ideas can tranform India and cause second green revolition.

6) E. Sreedharan As Railway Minister:

Known as metro man E .Sreedharan is right candidate according to me to become Railway Minister. He has immense experience in Railways and can deal with all important issues of hygiene , security and upgradation of railways.

7) ILA Bhatt As Women and Child Minister:

One of best human beings which India has , ILA Bhatt is symbol of self less devotion and empowerment of women. Her SEWA stands tall on how women can be empowered. She is ideal candidate according to me for the said ministry

8)Deepak Parekh As Finance Minister:

Chartered Accountant by education and one of tranformers of banking Industry , Deepak Parekh is well known figure in the country. He knows what , how , when of finances and can contribute immensely in taking nation forwarsd.

9)Dr Devi Shetty as Health Minister:

He is one of most famous heart surgeons of India. He is young , dynamic and understands need of nation as middle class is rising. He can contribute in rural health needs as well as urban health needs.

10) Mahesh Bhupati As Sports Minister:

I would have loved to put dhanraj pillai or PT Usha in the list but I wanted some one who understands importance of sports and has operational knowledge as well as passion for sports. We as nation have not taken sports seriously but I believe sports can transform nation and mahesh bhupati is my choice as sports minister of India.

11) Prahlad Kakkar As Tourism Minister:

We can be number one in tourism. We have one of most diversed places in the world. Snow in north , desert in west , great beaches in goa ,diu,mandvi , awesome natural scenes in kerala , vibrant north east and most importantly we have rich culture and heritage with great historical monuments. What we need is proper branding of India as tourist spot and prahlad knows the game of branding well making him as ideal choice for me as tourism minister.

12) Ratan Tata As Heavy Industry Minister:

The second most trusted person of India , doesnot need any introduction. Being well versed in Business , he makes as ideal character for becoming minister of heavy industry.

So above is my choice of cabinet minister . Still many portfolios are pending and would update list accordingly. I would like to hear others out on this. Who do you think is ideal for various cabinet post .
